Please note that parking spots are shared across the villa and are not assigned to any individual unit, so we're unable to guarantee availability. We recommend having a backup plan, but in our experience there's almost always somewhere close by to park!
đ¶Safety Notice: Walking to Cruz Bay
If you plan to walk from the property into Cruz Bay downtown, please be aware that there are no sidewalks along the route. You will be walking along the side of the road, so we strongly urge all guests to stay alert, walk single file, and be extra cautious of passing traffic â especially at night. It's a beautiful walk, but your safety is our top priority! đ
You may occasionally hear Claudio, our neighborhood rooster đ â some guests consider themselves lucky to catch his sunrise serenade.

The condo/apartment was not as described at all. The pictures were taken from the most extreme advantage location not as it really was. It was difficult to get to it from the street especially with luggage. I will not advise anyone to stay at this location.

The room itself was just âokay.â Roomy, with all amenities. I wish we knew that the second bedroom, accessible only through an outdoor terrace, not fun walking to the bathroom at night. The sliding door for the bedroom didnât lock or close fully, leaving approximately a 1/4-inch gap and feeling unsafe. The main bedroom did not have an air conditioning unit, requiring the door to stay open all night, lacking privacy. Neither bedroom had blinds/shades. While the living area and bathroom were spacious, the overall condition needs improvement. mosquito problem in the room was severe. Despite following the ownerâs spraying guidelines, they persisted, hiding in curtains, behind the bed, and couch. This was the first time we encountered this much of an issue on the island. The exterior, dark and unkempt. While the property has potential, it needs work..
Positives: super high end appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, toaster, microwave, etc. Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 ppl in each queen bed). Bedrooms, kitchen, patio, and livingroom area were clean and comfortable. Great location! Short walk to town, and short drive to the beaches. Prop manager was easy to contact with questions.Negatives: Bathroom needs some serious TLC (ceiling is unpainted, shower curtain bar is not super secure) but it's all cosmetic. Hot water only lasts about 10 mins, and then about a 10 min wait before the next person showers. Kitchen floor tiles very cracked. Living area and eating area very tight for 4 people. Back patio overlooks a yard area that is very dirty and unkemp, but the farther view is of the water which was very nice. The outside of the property is not kept up nicely though it has amazing potential! Just needs someone to maintain it's cleanliness. Parking is VERY VERY TIGHT!!! Two spots in the front for I believe 8 units, and then you need to park across the street which isn't wide enough so your rental car hangs out into the street unless you park the drivers door literally against the stone wall and climb over and exit the car from the passenger side.All said and done, for the price - it was definitely worth it! When we go to St. John we go for the beaches and restaurants. We are in the villa to shower and sleep. So it was just fine for us. However, if we had a few of rainy days it would've been tough to stay in.
