Situated adjacent to the Beach House the PETER BAY BEACH COTTAGE has a full kitchen, sofa, TV, bathroom with shower, queen bed, internet and parking. Renters have no access to the Peter Bay Beach House or it's pool, only private access to the beach, 30 steps away.

Nice cottage

Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.

If beachfront is biggest inspiration- this works.

The house boasted an excellent location within walking distance of the beach, although it's worth noting that the beach itself wasn't visible from inside. However, the overall condition of the house left something to be desired; we encountered worn-out elements, including sheets with holes, mold in the TV cabinet, and numerous spider webs throughout the space. Additionally, prospective visitors should be cautious and check for ongoing construction nearby, as our stay coincided with significant building activities next door. The constant noise from bulldozing and pile driving during the daytime was a notable disruption to our experience.

Left the house after the first day and had to find somewhere else to stay for the remainder of our trip. Had several issues with the house itself and after several texts with the host he told us he no longer had to help us and to take it up with vrbo. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. Would not recommend.

A slice of paradise!

You could not ask for a better place to stay for a couple. This is all about the location and a gorgeous secluded beach. We were able to walk on the beach enjoying coffee every morning and then gaze at the stars above every night on Peter Bay. St John is an amazing island and we would love to visit again and stay in this same cottage in the future!

Great stay, beautiful beach

We had a great time staying at Peter Bay, and the beach was beautiful. The cottage was the perfect size for two honeymooners. We enjoyed the gated community's peace and quiet, private beach, and easy drive to Cruz Bay.

The cottage was dreamy! The most perfect location just steps off of Peter Bay, very clean, cute and cozy! Tommy and Richard communicated well and made the arrival process smooth.
