Suite above market

Our family enjoyed staying at the Marketplace Suites. We checked in by grabbing keys and car tag from lockbox — very easy! The suites are located in a market area with about 20 businesses. We went daily to the Starfish Market for groceries and coffee shop across from there. The suite itself is spacious and updated. We cooked meals in the kitchen.

Beautiful updated suites!

The rental process was so easy, including check in. The suites are beautiful and remodeled. Very nice bathroom, comfy bed, and handy kitchen! It is about a 10 minute walk to Cruz bay, or a quick taxi ride.

Modern updated Island Accommodations

Wonderful room with plenty of space and so conveniently located for anyone that stays on the Island without transportation. Would highly recommend.

Good location!

The suite was spacious and clean. Walking distance to downtown, Ferry terminal and restaurants. On the downside, we were there for 7 nights and 5 of those 7 were noisy late into the night, our last night we were up until 2am because of noise from neighboring suites. We respected that the suites are "Green" they suggest using the products that they supply in refillable containers rather than bringing your own and possibly leaving small containers that go into the landfill. They only supply shampoo and conditioner and 2 very small bars of hand soap. We had to go buy bath soap and lotion. We ran out of toilet paper 24 hours before our check out, when we ask for more we were directed to where we could purchase it. These are just a few ammenities that I expected, especially considering the price.

Great for business and active travel

I have stayed here twice and have found the accommodations modern and spacious. Very comfortable. It is perfect for me to come down while building a house since most of my time is spent running around. It’s perfect for parking, buying food is just downstairs, centrally located to go to restaurants.
