Villa DiCroce, formerly known as Hart Bay Ridge Villa, is an architectural gem under new ownership. This spectacular villa is situated overlooking Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole on the southern side of St. John. Just a quick ride to Cruz Bay or to the gorgeous white sand beaches on the north side of the island. This house has a refreshing pool with a large Chicago brick style pool deck, a large veranda and a back yard with hammocks, chaise lounges - a perfect spot for bocce or corn hole. This house has a large high ceiling great room with fully equipped kitchen, kitchen bar, mahogany dining room table and living room. There are 3 master en suite bedrooms with walk-in closets, private balcony or deck and bathrooms. There is a constant breeze that runs through the house which is refreshing. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean surf from Hart Bay. The majestic views are magnificent from St. Croix to St. Thomas. The sunsets are spectacular and the twinkling is magical as lights illuminate the islands. This is a very comfortable house that has its' own driveway, with arched windows and doorway, mahogany, native stone and Mexican tile throughout. There is also a media room with a wet bar, office and laundry facilities. We have a big grill on the outside pool patio. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella (and another style too) and beach coolers to make it easy for you to go to the beach! If you are coffee drinker, we have lots of options including a drip coffee maker, French press, grinder for your coffee beans and the original Nespresso machine.
