An amazing Condo in the heart of downtown St. John's, Newfoundland.

This property is on the top floor of a historic church. The unit is a fully upgraded and professionally decorated two story Condo, and offers panoramic views of St. John's Harbour. Two bedrooms, family room, living room, dining room and a full kitchen make this a home away from home.

It is a walk away from the bustling restaurants and east coast charm of downtown, and near to historical churches and parks. A full sized grocery store is also only a 3 minute drive away.

This unit has all the ammenities to make it a welcome stay in Canada's oldest city! We supply dishes, cutlery, pot, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and a host of other kitchen conveniences. There is also an assortment of coffee, tea, and snacks for our weary travellers :-). Our bedsheets, towels, dishclothes etc. are cleaned to the highest standards for each stay, and the entire condo is deep cleaned. We offer GigE Wifi and a HD TV with digital cable and Netflix! A washer and dryer with detergent and static sheets, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a private dedicated parking spot as well.

Your Hosts, Dee and Mick are minutes away and available for any issues or concerns. Our goal is to have happy customers that are taken care of and can enjoy their vacation rental to the max.

Take a walk downtown, drive to historic Signal Hill or Quidi Vidi, or just sit at your panoramic window and enjoy cruise ships coming into the Harbour. Now that's something you don't do every day!

My new go to place when I'm in town
We have been coming to St John's for 10 years now and have always stayed at a hotel. This was fantastic that I could cook in the unit. Going out for dinner each night adds up, so this was well worth it. I even made bread in the oven. The bed was comfortable as well as the furniture. Having the view of the harbor was fantastic. Quick walk into town and close to a grocery store. Thanks Mick.

Beautiful Condo in a Fantastic Location
This unique condo is in a great location to experience the downtown and harbour of St. John’s. It’s within walking distance of great restaurants, historical churches, and sits among rows of “jelly bean” houses. The views from the condo are spectacular. The condo itself has everything you need to feel at home while you explore this wonderful city. I look forward to staying here again! Be aware - the uphill and downhill grades of the streets will get your heart rate up, increase the size of your calves, and help wear off the calories from all of the toutons and molasses you enjoy at the restaurants!

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and grocery store. We had a beautiful view of Signal Hill and the Harbour from the apartment. The apartment was well furnished and quiet. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who travels to St. John’s.

Great little condo in a great location downtown. The place was nice and clean and has awesome views of Signal Hill and the harbour/narrows. Mick even delivered my sunglasses to me when I left them there after checkout! Would recommend!

Mick and Dee are Super hosts and the condo was immaculate. The treats and other comforts of home, made for a wonderful stay in St. John’s. It is a great location, with a short walk to many of the downtown attractions. They were quick to respond to any questions we had during the booking process. Beautiful space to spread out
This condo is wonderfully located near the bustling downtown with views of the harbour. Parking is included and there is an elevator on-site. The former church space is unique and well reinvented. Mick greeted us promptly and provided suggestions for places to visit during our stay. The snacks were welcome after a day of travel and the decor was beautifully appointed and comfortable.

A hidden treasure
We were so pleased with our stay at Mick and Dee’s. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or view!! We were close to Waterstreet and George Street, where there was great food and fun! From breakfast bakeries and coffees to evening dining and great beers! The greatest decor and cannot forget to mention the space and comfort of the condo, it had all things needed, a basket of snacks, bottled water in the fridge and even laundry facilities. We were blown away with this stunning two bedroom condo. We will be back and we would Love to be able to stay here again, this spot won our heart - made for wonderful memories of our time in Newfoundland ❤️
