Towels were dirty and stains on them. The hotel had no guests. No customer service. They charged me an extra night when i checked out a bit early. My initial stay was fromTuesday to sunday. I checked out on Thursday at 1pm. I asked if this was okay and they said yes its okay. They supposed to charge me 2 night stay but they charge me 3 nights. It took an arm and a leg to get refunded. Never staying there again. I highly dont recommend to stay there.

Comfortable and quiet. The room was nice, other than the towels being quite stained. I'm not sure why we had to check in by 5 pm when there was someone at the desk all night long.

Overall not a bad stay
Room was clean and had a nice kitchenette. However the TV didn’t work properly, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was brown water from the old pipes, and the bed was past its useful life. Staff were very friendly. Overall not a bad stay just not equipped with thinks that functioned.

We had a lovely stay. It was amazingly quiet and relaxing. Had a nice bath in jetted tub and slept well in a comfy bed. Liked the fact there was no carpet in room and temperature was easy to control.
