For a hotel chain so well known at being family-friendly and convention suitable, the loud-voiced and I think drunk smokers out front the whole time from check-in until we got our bags in did not leave me with a safe feeling I would've wanted if my younger children had been traveling with me. There must be somewhere else these people can loiter, and this is all very close to the check-in desk right inside the door.(?)

Everything about this place was great. Really good breakfast, the pool and hot tub was amazing. The fact that after 10pm they dont allow kid's in the pool area was a huge plus. The inside bar was also popping and great as well. Overall experience was amazing

The pool area was amazing, however very dirty and unsanitary. Wet clothes laying around, the pool was visually dirty. Used Band-Aids laying on the pool deck . The hot tub had paint coming loose and the build-up of chemicals was visible in the bottom of the spa,. We didn't get in either , however we did notify mgmt.

What did not like was a jet tube with cold water. Ran the water for at least 20 minutes before we got almost hot water. Basiclly luke warm water. Not good for my old bones. Otherwise the stay was good. I will go to another Stony Creek Inn again.

Chiefs Training Camp weekend

This hotel is a gem! We've stayed here multiple times and are never disappointed. It feels safe and clean, and the location is perfect. Our room was a perfect little home-away-from-home with a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge, plus the bed was so comfy. The breakfast is a delicious way to start the day, and you have to check out the bar area—the bartender was absolutely incredible. Plus, parking is a breeze!

Our room was nice and our check in went smooth, but when we went downstairs to use our drink credit we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help us. Which wasnt great

In town for Chief Training Camp
