This stunning two bedroom luxury condo is situated on the fourth floor of the exclusive Sapphire Beach community in Barbados, overlooking the turquoise waters of Dover Beach. The condo is elegantly decorated with a spacious open plan design that draws in views of the ocean.

The recently upgraded kitchen has a sit up breakfast bar and there is a separate dining area as well as a six-seater set on the covered verandah where dinner can be enjoyed with the sounds of the ocean lapping against the shores.

The gorgeous master bedroom has glass doors that open out to the verandah, an entertainment system, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, and a double vanity en suite bathroom. Black-out curtains are remote retractable but you might prefer to wake up with the natural light and sea views from the luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a built-in closet, and an en suite bathroom.

Sapphire Beach sits on one of the prettiest beaches on the island, with gorgeous soft white sands and excellent snorkelling and watersports activities nearby. Guests can enjoy relaxing under the swaying palm trees and indulging in chasing the sunset vistas with a cocktail in the evening, or they can venture out for some golf, surfing lessons, and al fresco dinners at the many fine restaurants on the island. Sapphire Beach is a great family friendly resort with private parking and secure access from the beach and the road, two stunning free-form pools and a modern fitness centre on site. Always wonderful at Sapphire!

This was our third time in Barbados and our third time staying at this wonderful property. We’ve had the pleasure of experiencing three different units and none disappoint. We’ve often thought of venturing out and booking at nearby resorts or even other areas around the island…but this place just feels like home! The location at The Gap makes it easy to just walk around and enjoy the local flavor of the island. The people, the beaches, the food…all complimented by the excellent accommodations and staff. We will be back!

Beautiful beach and water

Wife and I stayed here the last week of Sept. Views from master bedroom and living room / kitchen were amazing. The beach was gorgeous - powder white sand with easy entry into the water to swim. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance with a couple there on the beach. Quick walk up to Daddy's for a drink then back to the beach chair. Locals very friendly. AC in second bedroom not great but no one stayed in it so no biggie. No hot water at all, but again, no big deal. When we go back we will look at staying here again and would def recommend to anyone heading to Barbados.

Lovely place with a lovely view

The condo itself was lovely with a fantastic view. The AC in the front room with the queen bed was a little underwhelming but enough to keep the room coolish. Plenty of pots, pans, silverware and cups if you want to cook and plenty of places within walking distance if you don't. Pool could use a little more tlc in the mornings with all the leaves and other debris. They did a lovely job keeping the beach clean when the seaweed would wash on shore. Property manager never reached out during stay to ask how things were or if they did, they never managed to reach me. I'm sure had we had issues we could have reached them easily though. The sheet given at arrival had multiple contact numbers. Check-in process was easy enough. Was a little hard getting things sorted upon first arriving. I just happened to get lucky and find the parking spot with our condo number after pulling in. Lot of codes to remember. One for lockbox (if you use it) one for gate to road and beach by foot and another for the car gate. Overall I would recommend staying here over the other places nearby. The unit, the location and the view alone are worth it. I can assure anyone considering this location would not be diaappointed after arriving.

Perfect

The condo was as advertised. Clean and comfortable with an amazing view. It has everything you need for your stay. You'll live out on the front porch. The beach is perfect for surfing, boogie boarding or just bobbing up in down in the water. There are a bunch of turtles out there as well. You never have to leave the neighborhood if you don't want. Everything you need is right there. A couple notes to make things easier: 1. You need a code to open the gate to the property and to the beach. After you punch in the code, turn the handle AWAY from the lock. If you turn it towards the lock it won't work and you have to start again. It can be frustrating. 2. You have to pay a vendor for beach chairs and umbrellas. It's a bummer for sure. They are nice guys though so if you ask them for a price for the length of your stay they will give you a break. 3. Take a cab to Massy's for groceries. There are a few convenience stores you can walk to but they are significantly more expensive. Massy's is only 5 minutes by car. 4. All of the restaurants will seat you if you walk up but if you want to sit outside or close to the water be sure to call ahead.

Simply amazing!!

This property did not disappoint at all-was better than expected and Neesha was awesome! So easy to communicate with and fast with response for anything we needed! Barbados and Sapphire Beach definitely took a piece of our hearts and we will be back. We even started looking for vacation homes there!!! Thank you soo much for an incredible holiday!!!
