The property is relatively clean and organized. We had decent beds, good pillows, and the room was comfortable. Ongoing remodeling left the halls and common areas a bit less desirable. Breakfast was good with a lot of basic options.

We chose this hotel for the pool, which seemed larger than other hotels of a similar cost. We really enjoyed the fact that it had a deep end- 12 ft! The hotel itself was decent. It is an older hotel, but seems to have been maintained well. It felt clean. Staff was friendly at both check in and check out. The breakfast was very nice and there was a good selection.

The room was clean and the location was convenient, but the service was unacceptable. At check-in I was assigned to the wrong room and had to be resolved in the system the following day. When I extended my stay by one night, I clearly stated the dates, yet a staff member later attempted to charge me for ten nights totaling $1,075.45, which I never authorized. The charge was declined by my bank, but it required corporate intervention to fix. This level of error and the argumentative attitude from that staff member made the stay far more stressful than it should have been.

The hotel was convenient and had an amazing breakfast, but the room was very dirty, had mold stains on the ceilings, the carpet was very dirty. The area around the hotel was dirty and unsafe.

Dirty, Terrible Smell....

The entire hotel smelled. The area is rough and seemed very much unsafe. The room did not look anything like the pictures on the site including mismatched furniture and was filthy with a worse smell than the rest of the hotel. It was super disappointing all the way around. Definitely NOT worth what we paid. Has turned us completely off of staying at a Best Western ever again.

Roaches climbing on the walls. Staff was rude, Except for a black gentleman that worked the front desk at night and a girl named Alaina that worked in the morning. Didn’t feel safe at all. Our door locks were hardly screwed into the wall. Parking lot is VERY DARK. They seemed to have some questionable people working on the hotel also.

It took 10 minutes to get checked in because the receptionist was talking to some other worker behind the desk, believe me, not work related either. The desk/table in the room was damaged and was haphazardly held together with two random screws in the corners. The first night was uncomfortable. The sheets were still wet from being washed last. The carpet was also wet. The following morning I asked what time room service comes around, they said they only replace sheets if youre staying 3 days or more. I asked if I could get fresh sheets because ours were damp and made sleeping uncomfortable, (they did in fact get us fresh sheets) and I also asked if they could dry out the carpet somehow, that wasn't done. So we left the heat on as high as possible while we were out the whole day, fixed most of the problem. But it happened again the following day, damp carpet. It wasnt until our last day that I figured out why the carpet kept getting wet: the provided fridge in the room was faulty and kept defrosting. All our food was unsafe at that point so we just threw it all out. I told the front desk as we were leaving that the fridge was busted and the receptionist said she'd let the maintenance team know. Not a single apology from any of the three people I spoke to in our time here. They all seemed like they had better things to do.
