Ring doorbell inside the apartment?

Caution- there is a ring doorbell on the inside of this unit! When I booked that was not disclosed anywhere. Several other locations in the area have recording/cameras but actually disclose that on the booking page. Paid the extra fee for parking and was given a parking lot 2 blocks from apartment uncovered and unsecured. Zero details for the unit came until check in and parking info came 45 minutes later. VRBO dropped the ball when concerns were raised and left the customer to fend for themselves.

We Liked It

The floors, counters, and tables in livingrm & dining area required cleaning when we arrived. Under the bed in the bedrm is very dirty. Your cleaning crew is slacking! Prior to guests' scheduled arrival, someone should inspect that the entire space is truly cleaned and not that someone worked hard to make it APPEAR cleaned. THIS PROPERTY IS VERY APPEALING, LOVELY, VERY NICE! .,,,,,please hire someone reputable for cleaning.

Beautiful getaway

This place was very pretty and in an awesome location. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. The check-in process was a little difficult and parking proved difficult throughout our whole stay, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would most likely come back!

Communication was poor

We got info about the renal a week before but no info on where the parking garage was located nor the access code to our key. I emailed and called several (5-6) times before and on the way there to obtain this information. I had to contact VRBO and get them to intervene just so we could find out how to access our keys and where to park. It was a great location—close to the convention center, but our trip got cut short due to Corona virus. I contacted the owner via text and the message system to discuss early check out, and still have heard nothing (3 days have passed). It is a nice place but the communication needs improvement. A lot of places are being more lenient on change of plans due to corona Virus but I can’t even get the owner to respond to me. If the owner offered a partial refund (1/2 or even 25%) I would be very satisfied, but she will not contact me or respond to my messages.
