This property is wonderful, and my family and I have stayed here several times over the past few years. The only slight negative was that when I had brought my kids to the pool area, the timer on the hot tub didn't have a knob attached and therefore the jets couldn't be run. The pool was just fine otherwise, and the rooms, updated bathrooms, dining, and customer service were all top notch. All in all a 4.8 out of 5, and we will continue to be back.

I would like to give a shoutout to the beautiful front desk lady, MS. LAURA, if Drury Creve Coeur. upon arrival I was greeted with bright and warm smile. Staff are wonderful. The also have complimentary dinner which is nice of them. I forgot the mngr's name who was making round during dinner, just to check in people to know they any concerns. This truly shows the hotel delivered quality customer service. Would greatly recommend to my coworkers and friend...

We have often stayed for the last 22 years. Although I was eventually credited back the charge, I was quite dismayed to find that I was charged an additional night. When I called about the charge, the manager said that I had called and asked to have the room back. They said I had shown my ID to get a new room key and she also stated that I had left suitcases in the room which she had found when she did a room check. It took multiple phone calls and finally an email to Drury corporate before receiving the credit back. Although I had turned the keys in which was acknowledged by the desk clerk, I did not ask for a receipt. The manager stated I had not properly checked out and someone in my party had stayed. Since it was just myself and my husband and we had continued our trip to Kentucky, I knew no one in my party had stayed nor had I called to ask for the room that night. I had not shown the manager my ID for a new key nor had we left suitcases in the room. (We use soft travel overnight bags.) We had always been very satisfied with our time spent at this Drury location. Although corporate did credit my charge card, the whole experience of being accused of doing stuff that I hadn’t done was an unpleasant experience. I’m not sure we will ever be able to stay at that Drury location again. I did learn that I will always require a receipt when checking out of Drury.

Literally one of the best hotels we've e er stayed at. The check in was easy and fast. The hot tub and pool are huge, shopping and restaurants are so close. Apple bees is attached to hotel even. High end feel, felt safe at all hours walking dog out to use bathroom. Breakfast is top notch.Food was fresh and so so so many options. Nothing ever looked empty, it was always fully stocked.
