Breakfast was not good at all. The milk was spoiled, no plain water. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite for 2 kids and 2 adults which is 4 people. The soda was supposed to be a bed, it was not. And I only got 2 towels and washcloths for 4 people. When I called for more they acted like it was a problem and wanted my dirty linens in exchange for 2 towels. We hadn’t used any yet! I was very disappointed that the sofa didn’t make a bed and it was like they only expected 2 people despite reservation for 4. Plus the parking situation is ridiculous- Sept and valet same price!

I loved how roomy the size of the room was for our family of 6!! The 2 queen beds, a fold out couch and a small kitchen was perfect for our extended stay!! We were lucky to have some pretty awesome staff members looking out for us while we were there as well!! The Foundry across the street added ro our tour list and made for an even better and fun stay! We highly recommend this hotek and will definitely book again next time we vidit St. Louis!!

Great hotel and a great location

The hotel was great! Valet service was helpful. The room was clean and a good place to stay for our trip. The breakfast was good with plenty of healthy options. The foundry was right across the street and had plenty of things to do for a date night. There is a bar on the rooftop that was a good spot to relax as well.

Migraine Relief Shower!!!

Wonderful stay Beautiful property. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. I was scheduled for an early morning procedure the next day and on a clear liquid diet. Didn't feel well AT ALL. Ended up vomiting up my meds, having a raging migraine which I couldn't take anything for, and being dehydrated. The only relief I found was sitting in the shower!!! Lol WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! given the circumstances. Lots of pressure/flow options, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, option of dim or brighter lighting, VERY clean and crisp and spa like bathroom in general, nice fluffy towels, and it was quiet with the door shut so I didn't wake up my husband. I felt like I was gonna die... Until I got in the shower... Three separate times. It really was a lifesaver. Got me through the night and to my procedure the next morning. The front desk staff probably thought I was hungover or something but they were incredibly kind and bubbly and professional. ALL of the staff were helpful and lovely. The hotel is bright and inviting with lots of entertaining space. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. (Yes, I wasted water at an Eco friendly hotel. No, I am not sorry. I definitely should have had my husband take me to the ER, but I'm STUBBORN and needed to have my procedure done so that shower was my life saver!!!) Don't judge, just go enjoy the shower!

Great staff. Friendly very helpful but I was in a 3rd floor room and window to my room looked down on the parking lot for the college apt parking area where a very loud music and light show went on until close to 4 am. The staff offered to move rooms but it was the middle of the night. Great stay other than very little rest before flying out the next afternoon
