The elevator is broken. Our room was on the 4th floor. Signage showed signs the elevator has been broken for awhile. It was exhausting. Pack light if you come. Breakfast was great though. 2 types of sausages. My daughter said it was the best oatmeal of her life.

The elevator was down and we had to use the stairs. But the front desk explained everything and was nice so we didn’t mind. Things happen. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Nice economical choice

This location is excellent for a one night stay near the St. Louis Lambert airport. Though the room lacked any additional seating besides the desk chair, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ample but fruit beyond apples would be nice. Safe area and they offer shuttle service to a few local restaurants and facilities which is a nice feature.

Front desk tito and staff after him were very hospitable and comforting. Tito gave us a warm welcome and extra pillows to sleep on for the night. When we left and came back the two staff members upfront were providing us cookies and having great conversation with me. The last day we left i asked for some tissues and the kind women upfront provided a box for my fiance in the car for her allergies. This place was very quiet and homy, ill definitely stay again moving forward! Give everyone raises there!!!

Boasts shuttle service and was great for drop off but it wasn’t very timely upon our return. Was told 10-15 min but it took more than 30 minutes. No place to find shade from the afternoon sun. Miserable by the time it showed up

It was prefect location for getting to the airport. Transportation was available at all times to take us to the airport . Harry was great to work with when checking in and out. Staff were all very friendly. Definitely will stay there again when we are flying out. Was able to leave our car there with a reasonable fee.

Because of a flight. cancellation, I was able to get a room ...at this Holiday Inn express, that was close to the airport. The room is great with snacks and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby area. Things are clean, the bed is comfortable, the area is quiet.I appreciate the free breakfast and the shuttle to rhe airport tomorrow morning.
