Discover this hidden gem nestled on 5 acres along the Katy Trail with direct access to the Missouri River. Whether you enjoy fishing, relaxing on the deck, or exploring nature, this rustic 4-bedroom home offers a peaceful escape surrounded by farmland and scenic views.

Traveling with horses? We have a four-stable horse barn available for rent (please message us for rates) and ample riding space including nearby trails.

Inside, the home features beautiful knotty pine and hardwood flooring throughout. With 2 king beds and 4 full beds, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The 2 full bathrooms each include a jacuzzi tub for added relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, including your day’s catch. Cozy up by the wood-burning stove upstairs or the fireplace downstairs on cooler evenings. The lower level offers a pool table for entertainment, plus a washer and dryer for convenience.

Important Policies:

We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per reservation applies for pets and will be added manually after booking.

Failure to adhere to the dog-only policy results in a $300 fine.

Strict no smoking policy inside the home; violations carry a $250 fine.

We are not responsible for lost items. If you request an item be shipped after your stay, there is a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.

Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, added manually post-booking.

This property is a great get-a-way to have peace and quiet. It is on several acres of property, so it was perfect for our 3 dogs. It is a short 20 to 25 minute drive into town, which has lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would love to come back some time and bring our kids and grandkids. This place is very spacious for families. It is also on the river front, which is great for fishing!

Christmas Down by the River

Since our son moved to St. Louis last summer, we decided to spend Christmas week down there with him. The house was perfect for our vacation! We really appreciated that there was a Christmas tree and decorations throughout. The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed just watching the river flow. The house was only minutes from civilization, but yet very secluded and very, very quiet.
