Avis Luxurious Villa with gorgeous 360 degrees View

The villa was very spacious and welcoming with all the basic necessities. The views were amazing, despite one of the center shutters being broken. We had an issue with a few minor things, but the response to getting them resolved was quick. Neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet and landscaping was beautiful. Our only complaint was the lack of accurate information provided to guests. The info book and video provided did not have updated info, leaving us to figure some things out all on our own. Owners were very responsive and helpful but the management company not as helpful when asked about things in the villa. Issues were minor and did not affect our overall vacation. I would just recommend more info and for it to be accurate for guests. I would recommend this villa to others.

Our stay at the Circle House was, overall, very nice. The views of the Ocean were amazing! The pool was relatively nice size but we thought that the smaller pool was going to be a jacuzzi. It looked like it had jets but we could not figure out how to turn it on. We were told it was NOT a jacuzzi by the property manager but the jets were certainly present. The kitchen was very well equipped. Bring your own spices as this is the one thing it did not have except for salt and pepper. We did not use the bbq though there were two to choose from. The ac was a point of contention with us. We were told in a chat (before booking) that it would be free of charge but only to find out that it is free between the hours of 7 Pm and 10 am. However, it was 90 degrees plus F every day and we needed ac in the bedroom outside of those hours. We ended up paying $30 a day to have access to the ac 24/7 but ONLY in the master bedroom. However, the ac did not even work half the time. We spent WAY too much time with the maintenance man (who is very nice) trying to right this. The ac in all the other rooms did not work as they shut those units off. There was not even a remote for the ac in the tv room. There are constant breezes. So , other than ac problems, the house was a joy. It is centrally located to several beaches and to some nice restaurants. The highlight of our trip was Playa Franki with access through the San Nicholas Landhaus owners. We highly suggest this excursion!

Loved our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back!
