About this space

You have access to the entire home with four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and a spacious dining area. This home is ideal for families with small children or teenagers or is Ideal for couples, friends, or large groups and your fur babies.

This home has everything you need whether you are here for work or play. The home is equipped with all of the essential amenities such as WiFi, central air conditioning, board games in the entertainment cabinet, cooking essentials, and a plethora of seasonings for cooking, There are extra towels and washcloths in each room in the closet. You have a choice between coffee and tea and a complimentary beverage to enjoy with dinner or just relax.

Outside
The house sits on a 1/3 acre lot with a fenced-in huge backyard. There is convenient parking in the driveway for 3 cars. The grill is available and ready for use.

Bedroom 1
Spacious master suite with a king-size bed piled with pillows to dive into after a long day at work or exploring. Includes 50" Smart TV. Closet and private bathroom for your convenience and comfort. The bathroom features a vanity with a cultured marble vanity top in white. Bright white subway tile and bathtub. Dedicated workspace if needed.

Warm and comfortable queen-size bed piled with pillows and shams. Closet and a large wall mirror in the room. Nightstand with a small lamp. Features privacy blinds. The bathroom is shared with rooms 3 and 4.

Living Room and Dining
A small sofa with an optional pull-out bed and 2 sitting chairs with a 50" Smart TV make it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie. Log into Netflix, Disney, Hulu, or YouTube among other streaming providers. There is a large window that brightens the space. Tile flooring softened with a rug and a sturdy coffee table.
Open space with dining room, where you'll find a large extendable table with chairs. From there, open space in the kitchen allows you to chat while someone is cooking or vice versa. Also includes a TV stand with games located in the drawer.

Kitchen fully equipped with utensils, plus an electric oven, air fryer,
George Foreman grill, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Kid plates and cutlery are available. Also wine glasses and coffee mugs.

3 Generation Girls Trip

I stayed with my daughter and 3 granddaughters and this was the perfect set up for us. We each had our own bed and personal space but also had room for us to gather in the evening for movie time after a full day of adventures. We found plenty of things to do within an hours drive of the home. The host was very responsive and even offered suggestions of things to do and see. The welcome basket with wine, snacks and personalized note was a very nice touch!!

Great location for visiting area beaches and towns

My friends and I spent a week here in early May and visited St Augustine, St Mary’s, Jacksonville, and Fernandina Beach. The layout of the house was great giving everyone privacy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small and not very well equipped. The living room furniture was adequate but not especially comfortable for evening gatherings. And there were some maintenance issues that needed attention like the sliding glass door that was very difficult to open. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe.

Great place for a St Marys stay

This place fit our family visit to St Marys perfectly. Simple check in process and the place had a nice amount of space for our family of 7 to be comfortable. Nice quiet environment for resting in between all the local sightseeing. And the kitchen was stocked well.

Would stay again

House and appliances need updating but everything was clean and met our needs. Appreciate the fact that soaps and paper products were provided. Kitchen was well stocked. Cooked dinner for the family without any issues. Owner responded quickly with any questions. I plan on staying again when I come to spend time with my new granddaughter!

Exactly what we needed!

It was perfect for what we needed for a 2 night stay! I was a little worried when I saw how small the house was, but the layout makes it feel a lot bigger than it is. It was clean and well stocked. I think the recent storms did some damage to the back fence, so I was a little hesitant to let my little toddler out there in case it fell or he tried to climb out. The owner was very responsive when I called to get the door code on our way there. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The rental was absolutely perfect for my cycling team and I to stay at for the annual St. Mary's / 3 Rivers cycling event. Perfect location for all oir needs.to includ shopping and restaurants. Host are duper friendly & responsive. Can't wait to stay the re again.

Kiki and Davis wedding weekend

Amazing Amazing Amazing

Just want to take a minute and give a SHOUT OUT to Lester and Monica on their Amazing Property in St Mary's. We came in for a motorcycle benefit ride for a local child with cancer. The home was very clean, spacious and meet all of our needs. We also needed a place to just chill and relax away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday life and our group of 8 did just that, from hanging out and watching tv to enjoying the large back yard in the evenings. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be booking again if we are ever in the area.

Disappointed

The photo of the dining nook shows a table with six chairs, which is one of the reasons why we chose this property since we are a family of six. Upon arrival four chairs were at the table (they had loose seats). We found two more chairs in the garage with the seats completely detached. The bedroom window in the kids' room with two beds was so badly damaged that the window cannot lock, it was missing the latch part. That said, we couldn't easily open the window, but still. All the beds had plastic mattress covers (understandable) but these were the worst we have ever experienced (we have stayed in many places.) They were like shower curtain plastic, extremely noisy, very sweaty to sleep on. Overall, the house is old and needs TLC. We would not stay here again if we were to come back to St. Marys.
