Perfect stay from the minute we were welcomed by the front desk to the clean and comfortable room with a beautiful balcony. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, eating, and public transportation. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the hotel's restaurant and would highly recommend it.

Meals at La Stella we're very delicious. Francisca at the front desk was absolutely the best. She helped us navigate the town, and sent us to the best attractions. Views of St. Moritz from the top of the mountain we're stunning.

Close to the stores and to the train station. The only issue is the room has no air condition and we had to leave the window open to refresh the room. We could not sleep well because we could hear all the noise coming from outside

Very clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza at the restaurant was excellent with a nice thin crust. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. I believe you could order eggs and I heard someone order pancakes so there are options besides the buffet. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchen area. The heated floor and towel rack in the barhroom was cool. It was warm out during our stay and because it couldn't be turned off the room was to hot. We also couldn't figure out how to open our windows wider than a few inches. Overall we really liked our stay.

I was only here for about 12 hours, so can only comment on the location, check in, and room. I found it very easy to walk to, following Google Maps walking directions led me to escalators that took care of some of the uphill. People who are in good shape should have no trouble walking the rest. Check in was fine - no issues. I had a room on the first floor which was quite kitschy but very clean and had a kettle for coffee and tea. The only things that could be better: the pillows are very uncomfortable, the walls are very thin, and people were smoking outside my window, with the smoke pulling directly into my room.

St Moritz is great

We were surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the bell tower with mountain views. Staff were fantastic and were spot on with their recommendations. Thank you Francesca!

We could not use shower because a hot water handle came off, hot shower hose was loose and leaking water, water drain was slow and a broken control for the drainage cover. The coffee machine did not work at all. Nobody was in the front desk after 8 pm and no phone in the room.
