Tranquil Tropical Villa Overlooking the Islands of the Grenadines

Scotty’s is a perfect retreat for those looking for time out. Set in large tropical gardens with magnificent views of the islands of the Grenadines, the Villa overlooks Bathway Beach and is close to the deserted Levera beach where Turtles come to lay their eggs.
The Villa has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious lounge area downstairs with library and desk area plus a bar with refrigerator and sink and a powder room/shower room. . The lounge leads out through large sliding doors to a covered veranda which has beautiful views of the nearby islands and where you can watch our collection of Morroycoy tortoises in the garden.
A utility room with bathroom has washing and ironing facilities plus a deep freeze and is accessible from both the lounge and the outside.
Up beautiful hardwood stairs is the open plan dining room and kitchen with a lounge area and powder room leading to another large covered veranda.
The large Master bedroom is also on this level and incorporates an en suite bathroom, a sitting area with bookshelves, TV, Internet , security monitor, unique desk and a charming super king bed and wardrobes. The windows are netted and there is a decorative but practical mosquito net draped on the bed.
both bedrooms are air conditioned and the downstairs lounge area is also air conditioned.
The house is well furnished and the walls are hung with Caribbean art contributing to the feeling of colour and light.
There is a generator in the event of any power loss.
