This apartment has just been redecorated to high standards, and offers a luxurious holiday accommodation. located in a very central area close to the beach, promenade and restaurants.
Served with lift, this apartment welcomes you to a modern living experience, having all the luxuries one requires. All the 3 bedrooms are king size beds and the main having an ensuite bathroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher microwave etc, There are 2 balconies , one overlooking the pool which also has a table and one can eat out in the balcony , and another balcony overlooking the street, Everything is walking distance and the bus stop is only across the road form the entrance . The electricity is on a meter and free credit is given to live comfortably as the apartment is fully air-conditioned, but if all the units are used you will put in €2 or €1 coins.

trĂšs bel appartement mais beaucoup trop bruyant

un appartement trÚs agréable et trÚs bien équipé. Malheureusement, le quartier est trÚs bruyant donc difficile de se reposer. Des travaux, de la circulation, des klaxons , le bruit du voisinage jour et nuit. trÚs bon accueil. Le linge de lit était cependant humide à notre arrivée...pas trÚs agréable...les femmes de ménage lavent, sÚchent sur le balcon et refont les lits en un temps restreint donc forcement, les lits sont propres mais le linge n'a pas eu le temps de sécher.

The apartment is quite central in Buggiba and easy to get around , to the beach and nearby villages. The owner came by a few later , to greet us. The only disadvantage to this place would be the construction noise that starts early in the morning , from the building right in front, and that woke us up every day... The kitchen is well equiped and the bathrooms are nice, plus the taxi service is convenient.

Un appartement que je recommande Ă  100% ! Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 3 enfants dans ce logement et il Ă©tait juste parfait ! Des chambres spacieuses, une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, une piscine Ă  notre disposition, arrĂȘt de bus juste devant et trĂšs bien situĂ©. Je le recommande sans hĂ©siter. Encore merci Ă  Sandra pour ce magnifique sĂ©jour. À bientĂŽt !

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. We personally would have like an espresso machine and not a filter coffee machine, but that is our preference. One bedroom overlooked the main street and that again was too noisy and light gor me personally. I have blackout curtains at home, so i swapped room with my mother. She sleeps with an ete mask. The noise didnt bother her either as she is slightly deaf.We could get any programmes on the TV. We decided to stay in a few nights due to the cold and rain so the Tv would have been a nice option. We endedbup using my sons You tube account. The beds were comfortable and the extra food items in the fridge were a welcomed touch. You can hear other people moving around in the apartments above and next door. There was also a barking dog which disturbed us a few early mornings. The apartment is very spacious and we had everything provided from an iron to salt and pepper.Its very close to a Spar supermarket and some nice restaurants and Fat Harry's pub.Valetta was 30 minutes away by Bolt (maltas Uber) 10 minutes from St.Pauls bay. Buggiba was 5 minutes on foot. However the whole piazza was dug up, due to construction work.I would recommend this apartment for the amenities and facilities, it was good value for the money we paid.The host made contact the day before we arrived and that was only when i chased the kry code box details. In the information provided this code was supposed to be communicated a week before.

Lovely property, great sized bedrooms. Two balcony's, one overlooking the street one overlooking the swimming pool. Lovely good sized swimming pool, we was in it every day!!! The apartment has everything you need, towels, microwave washing machine, airer......a home from home. The location was great, right in the middle of Bugibba with buses to access the whole of Malta. Shops and beach just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants. Sandra was an excellent host, brilliant communication prior to our stay. Her cousin Fleur was also brilliant during our stay. Sandra organised our transfer from the airport with Steve who gave an excellent tour en route to the apartment with some great suggestions of things to do and see.

Ruim en schoon huis

We hebben een prima tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is zeer ruim en schoon. Het zwembad is mooi en groot. Met voldoende ligbedden. In het appartement zijn nog extra stoelen aanwezig als de bedden bij het zwembad bezet zijn. Het enige minpunt is dat er inde omgeving van het huis weit parkeerplaatsen zijn. We moeten echt zoeken naar een plek. Eigenaresse Sandra is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

This was a lovely property in a vibrant area of Malta. A short walk from shops, bars and the coast offering swimming, water sports and plenty of restaurants. Toller Familienurlaub

Von der ersten Minute an war der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Sandra sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns die Abholung am Flughafen organisiert, die super geklappt hat. Steve hat uns 5 Personen mit allem GepĂ€ck mit seinem großen Van vom Flughafen abgeholt und ins Apartement gebracht und hatte auch gleich den SchlĂŒssel dabei. Er hat uns alles erklĂ€rt und wir haben auch gleich die RĂŒckfahrt mit ihm ausgemacht. Im KĂŒhlschrank wartete bereits Essen und Trinken fĂŒr das erste FrĂŒhstĂŒck, eine tolle Überraschung. Das Apartement liegt zentral in nur 5 Minuten zum Zentrum mit Bars und GeschĂ€ften. Das hat leider auch den Nachteil, dass es nachts sehr laut ist. Wir haben aber auch mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen, es gibt auch Klimaanlagen, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es vielleicht ruhiger. Das Apartement ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar BĂŒcher, Spiele, Schnorchel. Wenn wir das gewusst hĂ€tten, hĂ€tten wir viel weniger mitgenommen. Und auch der Pool ist toll. Leider war das mittlere Schlafzimmer nach einem Wasserschaden nicht benutzbar, so dass eines unserer Kinder auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste. Wir haben uns aber entsprechend arrangiert. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Two week vacation

We spent two weeks here. We are two retired couples. The apartment is just as shown in the photographs. It was very clean and well furnished. We found the location excellent. It was a short walk to the water and the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery and other stores. Sandra was excellent to deal with. Tidy, functional and fair priced. Lack of a shower curtain in the en suite may be off putting for some. Washing machine always welcome. Pool area has lots of rules that no one follows but nothing there presented a problem for our family.
