Our goal is to preserve the old Florida and to offer you the opportunity to experience a stay at a vintage themed motel. Our Airbnbs are all unique. Some include neon signs, some the original colorful subway tiles, and others terrazzo floors. You will be staying at the exact Airbnb as pictured on the listing. We seek to keep the properties original and authentic by implementing repairs instead of replacements.

Our offers aim to provide unique experiences for our guests with the use of retro themed motels from the ’50s and ’60s. However, if you are looking for a luxury vacation, Sand Pearl Hotel or Opal Sands Hotel may be a better fit for you. Otherwise, if you would rather enjoy a chill, relaxing and modest vacation place with a one of a kind vintage vibe, you are in the right spot!

Our listings are located only 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and about 10 minutes walking distances from restaurants, bars and shops. Publix, the grocery store is a five minute drive.

Cleaning is our priority. We have a great cleaning team and we, ourselves are on top of that as we inspect each and every Airbnb before each check-in. If you like traveling for free, we recommend Couch Surfing. We do not offer free vacation. We have seen all the tricks so please don’t waist your time and book somewhere else. We have zero tolerance for guests who refuse to follow our few simple rules:

-No smoking in the Airbnb
-No pets
-Quiet time starts from 10 pm
-No parties or events
-Must be 21 to book

We host a lot of awesome and respectful guests. We would rather save a spot for them!

All of our listings are located in a tropical environment. If you are not a fan of nature or bugs, this is probably not a good fit for you. Lizards, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, and ants are a part of Florida’s nature and are quite common in the area. We have professional pest control inspecting and treating all of the Airbnbs, however, mother nature can be more powerful. One advice that we have is to keep all food concealed and closed.

We do not have a front-desk or a common indoor area. However, there are plenty of outdoor areas for the guests to enjoy. We prefer to communicate through the Airbnb messaging system. In case of emergencies, you can always call us. Phone numbers will be visible after the reservation is confirmed.

By booking this rental you agree to;

1.Double check your dates, the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. You also agree not to curse at us, be angry at us, or threaten us when our answers is “We can’t change the cancelation policy”. Do not book your reservation if you do not agree with Airbnb’s cancelation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance incase your travel plans change for ANY reasons.
2.Check in time is at 3pm or later. Check out is at 10am or earlier. You agree to penalty fee of $100 for additional hour if not checked out by 10am. You must check out by 11am. We won’t be able to honor earlier check in or later check out times suggested by guests through Airbnb. We don’t see the suggestion until we approve the request.
3. Do not throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet. If you do, you will be responsible the the plumbing cost. Plumbing cost starts at $300
4.There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check in. Additional housekeeping is available for $25 per studios or 1 bedroom rentals, $50 for 2 bedroom rentals, and $75 for 3 bedroom rentals. Room service must be scheduled in advance. This includes full cleaning, replacement of towels and bedding, and stocking basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper.
5.The number of guests are defined as number of guests booked. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.
6.Smoking is prohibited. You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.
7.Pets are not allowed. If there were any pets on the property during your stay, you agree to a penalty fee of $500. We have 1 Airbnb at Sea Side Artisan location that allows 1 dog.
8.You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. NO SPEAKERS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or police is called for any reason you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.
9.You will allow us access to the property for purposes of maintenance, repair, inspection, and to confirm that the correct number of guests are staying.
10.We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
11. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything left outside including towels, clothes, or floats might be thrown away.
12.You must be 21 or older to book the rental.
13. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. You can schedule a pick up. If you insist that we ship it, shipping cost starts from $100.
14.We work with licensed pest control. You agree to give them access to enter the rental to inspect it and treat it. They come at least once a month.
15.There is a charge of $100 for lost key.
16. Do not move any furniture or decorations in the rental. If you do move anything please make sure to move it back to it’s original place before check out.
17.We understand that things happen but please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it/replace it before next check in.
18.Please don’t take anything from the rental. If anything is missing you agree to a minimum charge of $200.
19.Check in directions will be send on the day of arrival by 3pm. If booked on the day of arrival, check in directions might be send up to 2h later from checkin time.
20.There is no lobby. For our and your record we communicate through Airbnb messages and incase of emergencies through phone.
21.1 parking spot is included. If available, any additional parking is $20 per day.
22.We don’t provide wash clothes, paper towels or napkins.
23.We are not responsible for lost, damage, or lost coins in the laundry room.
24. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage items left at the bag storage. Storage is shared with other Airbnb guests.
25. If the property has a pool, the pool closes at sunset and reopens at sunrise.
26.Make sure to log out of any subscriptions on the tvs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won’t be able to log you out.
Yes, some of it sounds ridiculous but we did see it happen in the past ;)
