180 Degree Gulf View from the Balcony-You Won't Get Any Closer To The Water

You'll feel like a millionaire in this Luxury Direct Gulf Front condo. Spend your next vacation at the popular Holiday Villas II in the heart of Tampa Bay. Hear the ocean as you sleep while the sea breeze refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been updated to include a walk in shower, new Pergo flooring, and a maple kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen and 3 flat screen TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. New refrigerator and stove were purchased in 2021. Renovation of a lovely walk in shower with rain head and body jets was completed in 2021 as well. A heated pool assures year round comfort. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. Take your vacation whenever you want ! I do not require a Sat/Sat stay.

A land line is also provided for safety in case mobile reception is not functioning. Free high speed Wi/Fi with 10Meg Speed.

The condo was beautiful and spotless. I had possibly the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever had staying at this property.The view from the deck is amazing and just as good as you get from sitting on the beach which is just a few steps away.

Property was awsome! Very cute and listing was exactly what we got!! Balcony view was everything we hoped for. Watching the dolphins and the sunset made it even better. We had trouble with the key and Joyce was easy to contact and helpful to get us in.

Great condo for a beach vacation. Awesome location and great view from condo of beach and ocean. Wish pool was next to beach instead of next to road. Wish beds were firmer. Everything else was fantastic!

March Getaway from PA

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joyce's condo. We were pleasantly surprised to see that both the condo and the overall complex had been updated/refreshed from the VRBO pics. We had a great experience. The condo was just as described. We did have a little trouble with the codes, but we were able to figure it out without having to bother anyone. Gorgeous gulf view, convenient parking, and everything you could need in the condo. We would rent again!

Nice condo. Had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean view! Elevator was really slow but the stairs are close to the room, we ended up using them the whole time and it was no problem. Would stay here again!
