Views, views and more views are all here in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Madeira Beach. This updated 940 square foot property provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The unit offers an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or taking in the scenery. Step outside on the balcony and you will be transformed by the million dollar view of some of the best beaches in all of Florida. The all new kitchen comes complete with granite countertops, newer appliances, maple cabinetry and is comes fully stocked with utensils for your convenience.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with 2 full beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. This is a perfect location for a girl or guy's getaway! The bathroom has also been updated and is meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is no sleeper sofa. Free WiFi.

This unit offers ONE assigned parking spot. There are no additional parking spaces.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. The offices are open until 5 pm Monday through Saturday and until 3 on Sundays. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. My son and daughter-in-law stayed here for their honeymoon. We had always come to Maderia on spring break so my son wanted to show his new wife, a special place from his childhood. This condo was perfect for them. It was clean and easily accessible to everything they wanted. It was right on the beach, and that was one of the requirements! Check in was easy.

The location and the view were awesome. What was not awesome was how the staff talks and treats the customers and how they have an elevators that doesn’t work.Checked in and was directed to the wrong building. Called and said code doesn’t work they gave me one and it got in and someone else was in room. Turns out it was the wrong building. They were just at closing time and the lady was very rude. So much she had to give me a new booklet and when she did said I am sorry for being rude.Finally get to right place and met with an elevator and people waiting. One person says they got stuck in it another said it works sometimes. Didn’t think anything if it but that turned into the theme of the week. Turns out an owner of a unit said they collected and paid for the elevator and told them it was working and the guy was mad that it wasn’t. Called everyday the elevator didn’t work and every day the person in the phone was rude and said the elevator works fine. Kept sending the maintenance guy and he said I don’t know how to fix it I’m just here because they told me. There were many elderly people and people that could not walk up stairs and it was an issue and no one from the office cared they were just rude and made excuses and said it worked. Many people had to carry luggage up flights of stairs.To top it off came back and someone was in my spot and I parked in the staff spot which happened day 1 and the lady said to park there if it happens so I did. Came down a bit later to check to move and was greeted with a warning to get towed and went to my assigned spot. I went there and was approached by a staff and the guy started yelling at me that he’s towing my car. I asked for what and he said I am in someone else’s spot. My spot said a different

The propertys beds are old and extreemly uncomfortable. Need to be replaced with new matresses and box springs, preferably queen size.Needs more dishes, pots and pans, a matching set of wine glasses and 12 oz coffee mugs and basic Kuerig coffee maker.The latch/lock on the balcony slider is broken and needs to be repaired.The furniture in the living /dining area is old and outdated. Not enough seating for four people and very uncomfortable.We would not be renting this unit again unless upgrades are made.

We had to bring our own from home2.there were no coffee filters ,we had to buy them 3.the beds were very loud. When ever you rolled over they squeeked loud. Everything else about the condo was great. Had a good time,caught fish and ate well. Am looking forward to coming back in several months?

Our room is nice but the owners need to replace the cheap beds for the price they are charging for the rooms. The pool needs to be expanding for the amount of rooms they have and rules need to be enforced. My husband and son has a man who was a guest drunk and walking around the property butt naked and then we constantly had to fight about people double parking in spots making it hard for my other family to get out of their spot. Overall I would stay again unless they keep hiking the price up $400-$500 a week.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience with you was great.There were a few minor issues I would like to mention.The first bowl from your clean dishes was put away filthy.Probably a careless guest.The kitchen table was sticky and not wiped down.The table between the beds had something spilled on it that was sticky..Obviously not cleaned.Under head of beds was very dusty.None of this was a serious issue but a bit of a turn was a great location and we would definitely go back.A little more care in the cleaning would be good.Also please add a full length mirror.One bathroom mirror just doesn’t do it.Many people shop and need this.Also inconvenient when someone using bathroom and you only need the mirror.

Location, Location, Location!

The renting process was easy as was the check in process. The property was immaculate and had just about everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We had an oceanfront and the view was spectacular! The beach was a short 2 minute walk! John’s Pass boardwalk was also a 2 minute walk where there are restaurants, shopping, fishing excursions, ice cream, etc…Everything you could ever want! This was the most relaxing vacation ever.

Amazing place right on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing, right on the beach, and across the street from John's Pass. We were able to setup our stuff on the beach and come and go as we pleased. The unit is quite large and had everything we needed with a great view from the balcony. We didn't have to drive anywhere except to get groceries once or twice. We will definitely consider this same unit next year!
