Corrine was above and beyond the best hostess anyone could ever ask for. She was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The condo is exceptional. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you plus lots of extras. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

This property was exactly as pictured. We would definitely return!!! The elevator is steps from the front door and literally 55 steps to a gorgeous beach when you get off! (The elevator is very fast too) There was a hose handy coming off the beach to wash the sand off before entering the complex with a code to enter. We had a designated parking spot on the first floor of the garage.The beach was absolutely gorgeous ( perfect for relaxing, walking, shelling and sunset watching) with a beautiful pool and hot tub (also exactly as pictured) The condo was super clean, the bed was so comfortable as was the LR furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with two coffee makers( drip and Keurig) toaster, blender plus every utensil you may need. The refrigerator was immaculate with ice packs for a small cooler. In a closet on the balcony there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon if needed, plus plenty of beach towels. Having a balcony door from the LR &BR was heavenly! To find a 1 BR with a bath and 1/2 and DR plus a full washer and dryer was a true find! Rooms were very spacious and view was spectacular from every room. Nothing blocks your view looking up and down the beach with plenty of balcony furniture to relax or eat at. There are many restaurants, shops and John’s Pass very close by. Corrine, the owner was so Great to work with and was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful beach condo!

Clean unit, in a great location, with nice views and great owner communication.

The unit was just as it was pictured, came well stocked, and wasnt dirty. We had a little one crawling around, so it was pretty important for us to have a clean unit. Owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had! Beach was clean and quiet, and during most of our stay, fairly empty (we stayed 2 weeks in June). Theres many restaraunts in walking distance. Our 2nd time staying in this building, and during both stays-we rarely had to wait for an elevator.
