Welcome to the best of sunny Clearwater!!

This single family home is located in a quiet subdivision just 5.5 miles to world renowned Clearwater Beach, and close to many other local attractions. Ideal for a comfortable and peaceful family getaway- this 4 BR 3 BA heated pool home has all the necessities of home that you want, including two master suites and free wifi throughout the home!

This home features a double driveway and fenced in yard with a screen enclosed pool area and patio. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with a view of the pool! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and features everything you'll need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals, plus seating for 6 plus bar stools.

The comfortable living room has a big sectional sofa and large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, plus a view of the screened-in pool and porch.

Master Suite 1: on its own side of the home. This room features a king sized bed, chaise lounge chair for reading and relaxing, smart tv, and spacious bathroom with a soaker tub/shower and double vanity sinks.

Master Suite 2: has a queen sized bed, closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 3: Mermaid themed room with a twin sized trundle bed.

Bedroom 4: King sized bed and walk in closet.

Enjoy the heated pool year round and our beautiful Florida weather in the screened in pool and porch area, with comfortable seats and loungers, plus a gas grill.

We loved this house! The pool was the main attraction for us, and since it faces south, we had sun all day long! The kitchen had everything we needed, the neighborhood felt very safe, and the beach was a quick Uber ride away. Book this VRBO home with confidence!

This place is great!

This place was great! So spacious & clean. The pool is fantastic as well, we loved that it was screened in. The rooms were big and there was tons of space for our large family. Wish there were TV’s in each bedroom though. Kitchen was really nice as well. Only a 15 min drive to the beach. Lots of grocery stores close by too. We loved it!

Comfortable relaxing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay Beds we’re extremely comfortable.pool was always clean and enjoyable 3 bathrooms what a plus.Would definitely stay here again .also kitchen and little corner sitting area was perfect for intimate conversation.and kitchen table for card games not shown in picture table had more chairs.only surprise is the car in the garage that homeowners leave there.Even with that we were happy and blessed.

Everything is just like website said. Convenient to Clearwater Beach about 15 -20 min. drive. We stayed 7 nights. Great Home.

The home was spotless clean for us. The listing was very accurate and the house was well stocked for cooking. The pool was nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. We had a small issue with the AC and the property manager had it taken care of ASAP. Communication was great! The only thing that could be improved is that the AC struggles to keep up when temps are high. We are from the Midwest and would have liked to have it cooler but the house was equipped with ceiling fans to help. It struggles the keep the lowest temp allowed of 72 and it was a really warm 72 at that. Not a deal breaker. We would have extended our stay another month although the home was already reserved by someone else to enjoy. Thank you again!
