Villas of Clearwater Beach - Unit A11 offered by Beach Time Rentals

Our ocean front condo features an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and best of all it faces the ocean. The dining area seats 6 and an additional 4 on the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spaces on this beach condo flow very well making it a very comfortable property to stay in.

Neutral backgrounds, contemporary styles with bright colors is what defines this rental – Even the beautiful long hallways are decorated nicely with wonderful touches.

Our Gulf front condo boasts 1400 sq ft of living space.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite private bath and access to the large waterfront balcony. The second bedroom features 2 Full beds and the third bedroom features a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a tub/shower combination. This Gulf condo sleeps a total of 6-8 guests.

This part of the beach is secluded and somewhat private, you can escape the large crowds by staying in North Clearwater Beach.

*Condo is located on the 4th level; elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Horrible Management Company, Lovely Condo

The condo itself is great for a family. Clean, in fairly good condition. Awesome, giant patio with great views of the beach and ocean. Beds are worn out and not comfortable. Also easy access to the beach just out front. HOWEVER, the rental management for this company is terrible. The elevator of the building has been out for weeks (likely due to the hurricane), which we understand is not their fault, but they only alerted us the day before arrival even though we’d booked two months before. I’m 80 years old with mobility issues, and walking up and down 4 flights of stairs to enter / exit our unit was physically and mentally trying, as well as dangerous. If we had known, and they should have disclosed long before they did, we would have found another place to stay. Additionally, the wifi was out, meaning we didn’t have internet or TV. They only came to fix it the last night of our stay. I was in town to celebrate my birthday with my daughters and family, and the issues with the building and management company put a huge strain and damper on the experience. Only AFTER we reached out to them to express our concerns and distress, they offered us a measly $180 refund on a $1400 rental if we signed a ‘hold harmless’ agreement. They gave us a late check out, the least of which they could when they had no guests arriving after us. (Also note they have a ridiculously early 10 AM checkout time.) We will not be staying here again if Beach Time Rentals continues to manage.

Just book it!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo, quiet, clean....and close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to the pier. The best part I loved about the condo was the hugh balcony over looking the ocean sitting with a glass of wine ~ people watching and watching the sun set

Outdated place

Place is so outdated. Bathrooms are so old that you don’t want to go inside. Place needs to be updated and they shouldn’t be hosting anyone till it’s completely cleaned up and up to date. Very old, outdated and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend

Very nice

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.

Nice Family vacation

We loves the location, and the beach! The unit was nice wnough but needs painted and updated, smelled and looked extremley clean when we walked in until we found the spots of fresh blood on the walls, assuming that housekeeping must have cut themselves and didnt put on a band-aide several days later we found more dried spots on the wall Mona was great in sending someone quickly to clean it. Beds were very comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay and our littles loved the pool. The beach and the short walk was amazing with alot to to do with just a short walk. We will be coming back to Clearwater again in the future.

Perfect girls family reunion

Spent a week at this beautiful condo right on the beach. It was just perfect for our group of gals from across the country. The balcony was the best part. I could’ve spent the whole time there. The beach was perfect. Soft sand and much less crowded than farther down closer to town. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not one criticism!!

Effortless and Calming

We came in with a 4 month old, 2.5 year old, my mother in law and us! The three bedroom space was perfect and the wrapped corner balcony and easy walk to beach and pool were great! Two quick walk restaurants on the beach and a few walk up bars or local small bars all within 5 minutes walking. Then just a bit further and you had fine dining, shops, the pier and playgrounds for kids! I would recommend this to anyone and we will be rebooking for another year! I would only suggest not going in January-February bc the beach is cold but we got to enjoy the Clearwater Beach Aquarium and parks around there so it was all still fun! Moana was easy and amazing to work with and visit baby is the best pricing and still great quality for rentals of pack n plays, strollers, etc! Thank you for all you do Moana !

Beautiful Beaches and Area

Our trip was awesome. Only issue was we couldn’t get cold water in the kitchen, receptacles are so worn out couldn’t get plugs to stay in . The plug in the kitchen at the counter was the only good ones . And could only shower one at a time to have hot water . I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay again . Great location, needs some TLC

The location is amazing. The views of the gulf are fantastic. You are right on the beach just a short walk to the water and there’s a great pool if the gulf is too rough or you just want to relax. The size of the condo is also great. You could easily accommodate a family with the three bedrooms and two baths. These are the positives and I truly wish it were all so. The condo needs some attention. The plumbing for the toilets is not working well, the furniture is abysmal with broken drawers in the bedrooms, broken arms on the chairs in the living room, a flat, squeaky couch. The outside loungers on the balcony are very nice but the table is broken and the chairs are threadbare which makes them iffy for sitting. There are broken screens on the sliding doors and the curtain rod in the master is not mounted correctly and may fall. The bed, not sure where the mattress came from but horribly uncomfortable. The lighting in the kitchen while attractive is completely useless if you want to prep, cook or clean. Bulbs are burnt out in many of the fixtures and none of the tv remotes worked until I put new batteries in (which I happen to take with me on trips). The dishes we used we hand washed before using because many had been put away not clean. I’m assuming they were just put away from the dishwasher without checking them. With just a small investment in furnishings and some general maintenance this would be a perfect condo. Until then I can only say location is perfect, but comfort is just not there.

Great place to stay!

Villas of Clearwater Beach, Condo A-11 This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s a corner unit, and our favorite feature was the wrap-around balcony (i.e., front and side), so you can always find a spot that isn’t too windy. The balcony provides a fabulous view of the beach and ocean, so we spent a lot of time out there. The balcony furniture is very solid (i.e., it didn’t slide around during an intense thunderstorm that went through during our stay). Inside, the furnishings are lovely and in great condition. The living room has a large-screen TV with a very high-tech system that provides access to numerous channels. We stayed in the master bedroom, which has very comfortable bed, sitting area, closet (with hangers), and its own bathroom. There is a nice pool, with a community grill if you like to BBQ. Parking is assigned, so you don’t have to hunt for a parking place. The building door, condo door, and fenced pool area are accessed by codes, which made my wife feel safe.

Nice but needs updating.

Everything was very nice and the view was awesome. The bed was very uncomfortable, the The kitchen and appliances were nice and very clean except for the teapot which needs to be thrown away. The TV was very difficult to use and the internet was terrible. It was out for hours at a time and very slow. Which also controlled the TV. And the leather furniture was chipping from the sun.

Perfect getaway!

Couldn't be more pleased with the everything about this getaway. From the booking, the check-in process, the location, to the condo itself...everything was great. It was clean, fully furnished with everything we could have needed and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Gorgeous views, great location

Phenomenal views, an amazing beach and a perfect balcony for o take it all in. Close to numerous restaurants and plenty of shopping. The rental unit has every amenity that you would need from laundry, to a full kitchen stocked with utensils including pots, pans, and dishes. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. We brought our children and the building is very kid friendly as well. There is a pool for the unit which was rarely in use so the kids had the space all to themselves. Check in was very easy and the communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay. Absolutely Gorgeous views from the living room and plenty of space! We had 6 of us in there and there was plenty of space. Super easy to just walk down to the beach! They do have a small pool, but the beach is your main attraction, and that’s where we spent most of our time. We were maybe 5-10 min driving time away from just about anything, and some places we would just walk to. Great Beach, Great Place! Would definitely come back!

Great view great location poor furnishings

This property is in a great spot, close to everything. Keyless entry great. The furnishings are outdated, unit wasn’t very clean. Only 5 bath towels for 6 people for 6 nights. Had to do laundry every day for towels and washcloths. Broken chairs on balcony, was too afraid to sit on the bar stools as they will break soon. Beds are hard also. Just needs some minor upgrades and it would be a 5 star place. Also found mold on ac return in living area.

Amazing view

Overall the place was great. Very convenient location right on the beach and close to town so we could walk to restaurants. The views were unbelievable. Big balcony. Interior is also very nice. The pool area is beautiful and the pool water was delightful. The only reason they did not get a 5 start review is the beach equipment and towels were very old and need upgrading.
