I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!! The staff were very pleasant and patient with not just myself but everyone. Only 2 things I didn’t really like the pool closes to early ( everyone doesn’t want to go to the beach) and the breakfast wasn’t good

No name tags for employees. Pool area employees rude and couldn’t be bothered to help. Not very comfortable area to hang out. Rooms and hallways could use better cleaning. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways outside If he rooms they were cleaning. Front desk employees were very polite, kind and as helpful as they could be but they were not trained in concierge services.

I didn't like the pool area. Very limited seating that was always full by the time I got there at 9am. The bar area was way too bright in the middle of the lobby. Quite uncomfortable eating at the bar.

We got there, unpacked our stuff and noticed the floor had some damp spots, I figured it could be condensation from a bottle of water or something. We wake up the next day, floors dry. Start walking around, within minutes the floor has wet spots again. My wife left some dirty clothes on the floor, picked them up, soaked in water…. On the way to the beach we bring it up to the front desk and they say they’ll look into it. Later, on the way back to the room we asked if it had been addressed and they said it had been fixed and cleaned up. She did offer us another room but made it sound like it was going to be a while until it was ready and it didn’t have a king bed. So we just said whatever if it’s fixed no big deal. Within minutes of walking around in the room again wet spots on the floor… we only had two nights there so we dealt with it. So it seems that when you open the shower door all the water on the door ends up on the floor, soaks into the floor and there’s water under it. You can tell the water from the shower door streams towards the area that’s the worst. Yes, I used the shower floor mat, but the door swing is larger than the mat. Some flooring on warped and feels like it’s not resting directly on what’s beneath it. When you step it pushes the water through the gaps. I’m guessing every room For the two nights we stayed it wasn’t worth switching rooms. Staff were very nice. View was nice. But this wasn’t a new issue, I’m guessing they’ve known about it.
It doesn’t look like much, but it would make a sock damp, it was also slippery, a child or older person could fall pretty easy.

Parking was outrageous at $38 a night plus tax. My credit card was charged for a fee I am still trying to figure out why, we didn’t buy anything during our stay. The body wash in the shower was completely empty, obviously not checked between guests. Property was clean. Overall I would not stay here again.

I liked the convienent location of the hotel, close to the beach and other resturants/bars within walking distance. I didn't like the hotel roof bar is closed Sunday-Thursday. Some guesses do not stay on the weekends and I would have liked to have hanged out at the bar.
