Adorable One Bedroom One Bathroom With Easy Access To The Beach!

Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.
A touch of New Orleans at the Gulf of Mexico! The Royal Orleans is a quaint, comfortable condo complex across the street from the white sands of the Gulf. The Royal Orleans has a year-round heated pool, free WiFi, on site coin laundry and is just steps away from public beach access!

Unit 211 is decorated in a fun, beachy theme with all the comforts of home! After a fun day at the beach, grab a drink, sit on the deck and enjoy views of the sun setting over the Gulf!

This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for an additional air bed, 2 flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels.

The condo was very clean I did like that but I think my circumstances had reasons on my lower stars in some categories. The look looked nice and felt heated! Main concern: lower level almost all rooms were being renovated. The doors were open and I felt like anyone could be in them grab me and felt uneasy to me especially at night and it was so dark! My BF left me on first full day hence my circumstances had to do with revirew since I was then alone! I needed to work but couldn’t get the WiFi to work. The only channels I could get on the tv were sports that could be my fault as I never watch tv and not sure what channels are but ni WiFi to work left me with quiet moments at a place I was abbot uneasy with the situation! I think this place once it’s finished will be way more appealing! I was disappointed with no blended
 that was very unfortunate because I thought for sure it came with one but again when looking at so many I could be wrong! Location is great close to everything! They had nice chairs to use on beach! This condo didn’t come with a couch but wasn’t a big deal for myself. My main issue, WiFi and the unsafe feeling with worker coming and going and all the condos left open for whoever to be in them

Everything related to the location if my stay was great! Very clean, quiet, accessible. I had everything i needed at the condo. The crossover to the Beach was far- large equipment is parked on the 2 closer and theyre filled with dangerous construction materials and mud. Some hurricane debri is also there. Property to cross is posted Private Property and/or Ni Trespassing and they mean it. Bring a cart or wagon to head to the beach- its open and gorgeous! No tents or canopies allowed on Redington Beach area.

Great location, thoughtful amenities and relaxing pool

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location, just a short and easy walk to the beach, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would happily return.

Slice of Awesome!

Checkin was exactly as expected. The condo was clean and practical. The bed is super extra firm, but comfy. Construction on the lower level was not noticeable at all. Burkhard was extremely responsive to any of our questions. The apartment has what ya need for the beach, comfy chairs, umbrella, beach towels. The pool is adorable - the water was warm :)Note, you do need to walk through one of the condo beach buildings across the road to access the beach. Either that or hike it to the closest public beach access that is open. There were lots of signs saying private property, but nobody seemed to care given the amount of damage in the area and work that still needs completed.

My husband and I stayed recently for a quick get away. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, and there was beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, too. The beach is just a short walk from the unit. Pool was perfect to cool down after a day at the beach! We used the grill one night and sat in the courtyard to eat our dinner. It was perfect! Sadly, this whole area suffered a great deal of loss during the hurricanes last fall. The entire first floor of this complex was lost and is being redone. So be patient with that. The courtyard may not look as the picture in the listing does. But it’s understandable given what they’ve been through. All in all, a great stay and we’ll definitely come back!

We had a really nice day. Our condo was very nice clean and nicely decorated. Only thing is that with the two hurricanes all the condos on the lower level we’re being worked on and that was just a lot of construction, which was totally out of the control of anybody we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice And the location was really good. Another downside is that the beach access across the street is totally waterlogged and still wrecked from the hurricane so you do have to try to find your way to the beach like I said totally out of the control of the condo owner or anybody else really mother nature!

Quick trip to beach

The condo was perfect for just me. I was in to visit relatives so wasn’t going to be in the condo a lot BUT I wanted access to the beach to walk in the morning and this was perfect. Very safe for a female traveling alone. The area is still under going renovations due to hurricane but condo was just great for a single person.

Perfect little getaway

This was meant to be an engagement vacation, but after unforeseen circumstances, it was a solo trip. This was the perfect spot to clear my head. The unit was impeccably clean and exceeded my expectations. The owner was very responsive and friendly when I reached out with a few questions. It is perfectly located, too, in close proximity to endless beaches, parks, and restaurants. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Great weekend Staycation

We had an awesome weekend! The pool and common areas were open for business! Adorable unit and Sooooo clean! Short walk to the beach. Had a blast celebrating birthday with friends. I can imagine it is amazing once reparations are completed from our storms. Would definitely stay with you again!
