Adorable Studio with Gulf Views and Easy Access to the Beach!

Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.

This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for a bed, desk, flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all with distance to the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels. With the layout as a T configuration, you will still be in the midst of the action without feeling too confined.

Fun Beach Vacay

Had a great time! Perfect size for two adults. The check-in process was smooth and the property manager was helpful and very responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. I loved that we were so close to the beach. Would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend this property! We didn’t bring our own vehicle, nor did we rent one and that worked out just fine. We were able to catch rides on the trolley to go down to John’s Pass. We also spent a lot of time down at the Conch (definitely recommend!). Only thing is - the Citgo gas station that’s within comfortable walking distance was closed, so we used Uber to order some bags of ice. There’s a Winn Dixie and CVS nearby, but I wouldn’t want to walk there and back in the Florida sun. So, if you visit without a vehicle, plan to catch an Uber or use public transit to stock up on groceries and ice. Loved that the property includes umbrellas, a cooler, chairs, hat, and a bodyboard. Great time and great host!

Great location!

We loved the location of this cute space for a quick, inexpensive getaway. Some highlights were the fantastic owner, communication was superb. The property was quiet, everyone kind and respectful, pool very well maintained. The only downside was the smell of the unit, a bit musty and the refrigerator had a very strong off putting smell even penetrating the taste of our food, might be worth letting cleaning crew to use a different cleaner. We would come back, definitely enjoyed the property and location can’t beat it! Thank you!

Great location near the beach. Nice to have access to sunchairs, possibilty to do laundry. Parking outside the property was a big plus. Near to shops and restaurangs. Unfotunately the air condition did not work properly.

Great Place

Cozy studio in a wonderful neighborhood

This cozy place has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. I had an easy experience starting with excellent communication from the hosts. Parking was ample and easy to find. The kitchen was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. It was an easy walk to the beach with a lit crosswalk. The beach was wonderful and wide with soft sand.

Royal Orleans is Nice

The superhost was very responsive, and the studio apartment was adequate for a quick weekend visit to the Gulf beaches. The location is great for easy beach access and a short walk to the excellent Conch Republic restaurant. However, the description of where the actual apartment is located within the Royal Orleans complex could be better, as we searched around for easily 15 minutes in the 90-degree heat. We never could get hot water from the shower which made my wife furious after a sunscreen covered, salt water in the hair day. We have stayed at this complex before but in a bigger unit and would return.

My best friend flew in from PA to meet me there and we enjoyed our beach time on the gulf. Studio was perfect for what we needed. Great access to the beach. Will come again
