TrĂšs bien situĂ©, superbe vue. Le seul petit hic est la propretĂ©/odeur. On a trouvĂ© des poils ''suspects'' sur le bol de toilette et dans le bain. Pour l'odeur, c'est dans les armoires de la cuisine. Mais honnĂȘtement, c'est des petits hics car je relouerais cette place certainement.

Beautiful beach front view, water just steps away! That is why I book here!!!! Room 513 had all we needed
clean, very comfortable beds and pillows!! Fridge, microwave and coffee pot all great, we didn’t use the stove. Beach towels, small cooler, umbrella & chairs for use! The only problem we had is that the shower curtain rod kept falling down. We got it to stay after a few times. Made for some laughs! I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Christmas vacation

It was my husband’s first time to Florida seeing a palm tree and the ocean. Our ocean front room was so beautiful to wake up looking out to see a beautiful beach and the Gulf breeze was spectacular

The location is great. The view is amazing. Owners are very responsive. It was clean but the unit is in need of some TLC. Kitchen & bathroom needs work but are functional. New mattresses needed. Has a ton of potential to be a really cute place with that amazing view!

Needs updated & repairs

This room doesn't measure up to some of the nicer rooms we have stayed in over the years. It has some "lack of maintence" & housekeeping issues. The bathroom sink had a crack in it & the bathtub had mold/mildew in the corner & rust by the drain. Floors were pretty but needed mopped not just swept. (The bottoms of our bare feet were black) Beds were very comfortable, air worked great, private balcony is a plus, beach is clean, pool area is small but nice, Tiki bar was convenient. Location is great with walking distance to some good restaurants. This is a Basic room that just lacks the "resort" decor.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was clean and exactly what I needed. The location is perfect - it's quiet, but still around enough places where I never needed to Uber, I was able to walk to everything I wanted to go to. Lastly - that view!!! It never got old. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone interested.
