The Avalon is a gated complex with Electronic entry into the complex with electronic keys which will be provided.
Condo is located in Clearwater, 2.5 Miles from Clearwater Beach. Communal heated pool & Fitness room in complex.
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo on SECOND FLOOR (NO ELEVATORS). 1100 Square footage. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a walking in closet with on suite bathroom. Queen size bed, smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed,and smart TV, closet. Hair dryer provided. Unit has internet access with WIi-Fi, Smart LED TVs . Dining room seats 5, Balcony with patio furniture. Balcony has access from living room & master bed room. Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops and accommodates 4 stool chairs for additional seating and eating area. Washer and dryer in unit, Central A/C, Iron & board, Internet, Linens provided, Parking, towel provided, Fitness room in complex, Kitchen provides the following: coffee maker, dishes and utensils, microwave, toaster, stove-oven, some pantry items. Guest to provide their own meals and supplies when initial items are diminish please purchase.

Check-in 4:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM, no parties, non-smokers. 7 night min. stay. Self check-in and self check-out. Condo Association fee $50. Thier rule not ours.

Enjoyed the location and the fact that it had the little things, like spices. We have our own we bring but this was the first time I saw some in a home. I was able to relax and not think about things I forgot such as foil, bathroom spray, Kleenex.

March Break

The 2 bedroom/2 bath was just what we needed for a 2 couples vacation. The condo had a nice fitness and pool area we used a couple of days, was 10 minutes to Clearwater or Indian Rocks beaches, and had a few shopping/restaurants close by to walk to...we would stay again!

Fabulous Condo!

We came to Clearwater (from south central PA) for a few Phillies spring training games and some time at the beach. This condo was the perfect location for us -- about 2 1/2 miles from Clearwater Beach, and 5 miles from BayCare Ballpark. The owners are so kind and easy to work with -- especially when I arrived completely exhausted after 16 hours in the car. They guided me into the condo complex, which was very much appreciated. This unit is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (although I will probably fly next time!)
