Beach Cottage 405 Lovely Gulf Front 1 Bed1 Bath Condo

Home Away from Home -Beach Cottages II 405 is a Silver rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool and hot tub with lots of deck.

Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and Canada calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Washer/dryer, Central heat/ air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as beach towels.

One assigned/covered parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Smoke Free, No pets and Maximum occupancy 4 persons (including infants).

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer unit or easier booking process for our Florida vacation! It was so clean and in a great location! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each day and looking at the ocean!! We plan on staying here again in the future!!

No complaints about the stay. The only thing missing was a cooler, so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Very relaxing and necessary vacation time.

The woman in the office was very welcoming and the condo was clean and very nice. A beautiful view, a lovely updated kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. My reason for giving a 4-star rating versus a 5-star was due to the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was lumpy, hard, and creaky. My husband woke up with a back ache everyday. The beach towels were also very thin and did not resemble towels at all. Otherwise, a nice place but a bit pricey.

Overall, nice property, but likely better for older kids. We are a family traveling with a toddler and infant, and the property was pretty exhausting to navigate- our unit was on the 4th floor, with elevators being under maintenance 3 different times during our stay, requiring us to carry two strollers and two small children down several flights more times than I’d care to count. It also required two different codes, as long as a physical key for the various gates and doors throughout the property. Each gate and door required two hands to open; again, making it incredibly hard to navigate while holding small children. Overall, would come back to the area, but would likely find a different place to stay.

Perfect for couples

Condo was clean as advertised well stocked with appliances. The view was spectacular and we had great weather. The only drawback was the keys, the door lock was extremely difficult to open and definitely needs to be replaced. All in all I experience was good.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

Roomy with nice amenities and ocean view

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was spacious and clean. The furniture was very nice, king bed was cozy, updated kitchen and bathroom. Only improvement needed is the front door locks need to be replaced. We had a difficult time locking the door and required a maintenance man to come and show me some "tips".
