***September-November 2025 read in Full before booking***We are open and ready to host you in our beautiful beach front top floor condo. Our area looks lovely! Sunny corner unit with two bedrooms, two baths and heated pool on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. Unit is Gulf front with amazing views, comfortable Polywood furniture in balcony and ready for your next vacation! Updated Living Room in 2022 with comfortable leather sofas, kitchen counter height stools, fully equipped and updated kitchen features freshly refinished white wood cabinets and all the kitchen utensils you might need for your short or extended stay. We offer a beach locker with beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Our linens include beach towels and extra blankets. Our setting is comfortable located close to Restaurants, beach boutiques, water rentals and more. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Quick and easy drive to Tampa International Airport (40 minutes away), Clearwater and St Pete airport (20 minutes away), as well as all shopping and Johns Pass! Please contact us to book your vacation. We know you will love this beautifully maintained property and the world renowned beach. Update: Booking fee non refundable after processing. Cleaning fee is $200 if not paid with booking through airbnb or vrbo then will have to pay upon arrival to manager. We are running an August-December Special and rates reflect a discount as there will be work going on in the building, specifically the balconies are being redone so access to balconies is closed, pool also Closed November to third week of December however you are still getting a great condo on the beach and close to restaurants in our beautiful Indian Rocks beach, message for details. Although inconvenienced this is a great opportunity to rent a beautiful beach front condo in a great location to enjoy our area.

Relaxing Stay

The property had an exceptional view on the top floor. The unit was well equipped for anything you might want to plan for. Only complaint was smokers in the unit next-door, which sometimes drifted over to our deck. We definitely come back.

Beautiful Ocean View

Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the ocean, especially when the sun sets. The apartment was clean and comfortable and I would book it again. The only things I would change would be to fix the handle on the balcony door and provide white hotel quality 100% cotton bed sheets.

Lovely beachfront condo!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful visit. The manager, Hilda, was on top of any issues or concerns. For instance, the Keurig coffeemaker did not work and she brought us a new one in less than 2 hours. The condo had everything we could possibly want. Large bedrooms, huge kitchen, and nice living area. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but we made it work. The balcony was outstanding! It is a corner unit on the 3rd floor, so the view was spectacular!! Also, there are multiple pieces of furniture on balcony for sitting. We will definitely be back next year!!

Condo was very nice and the deck was fantastic. Condo had everything you needed and nicely furnished. Location was great,walking distance to many restaurants. Only issue was ants on the kitchen.

Nice Christmas Break

We stayed with 4 teens, the location was nice for them to walk to activities. The beach was beautiful, front patio over looking the beach was stunning. Beds were comfy. It wasn't clear from the pictures but there was in unit laundry which was great. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and view, necessities provided!

The views of the water from the balcony were exceptional. The unit had all of the kitchen items, games, towels and bedding items one could need. The on-site washer and dryer are a huge plus with kids! In my opinion, The only downfall is the necessity of a key to get to the beach (accessible only through the pool). I cannot tell you how many times our group wanted to be in different locations (beach, pool, condo) and had to call one another for the keys. Overall, a great experience with a great location.

Nice Getaway

Well maintained 2 BR condo on top floor with large deck facing water and plenty of outside furniture. Great sunset perch. You can tell the owners really care about the unit. Nice pool/patio area with gas grill and many lounge chairs and umbrella tables. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great week!

Rent this condo! My husband and I needed a vacation and we always stay in a condo on the beach. My main requirements are a decent balcony, a decent kitchen and a decent bed. This condo offers all those and more. The balcony seating and view was perfect. The living room furniture was comfy and there's surround sound speakers. The kitchen is HUGE and has everything you'll need. The Keurig is nice! The master bedroom bed is firm which I prefer. The bathrooms are nice and sufficient...not a lot of counter space but who cares? We appreciated the starter supplies of garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, bar soap for shower, etc. You don't always get that in rental condos. We didn't take advantage of the grill or pool but it looked fine. How nice to find beach chairs and umbrella in the storage closet by the pool! We walked to Crabby Bills and PJ's for dinner plus had ice cream nearby. These are great places to go and they are a very short walk from condo. You're a short drive from Clearwater and Treasure Island and St Pete Beach. I can't say enough about the condo, location, and our stay. My only suggestion is within days of your stay, contact the manager to confirm lock box code and location of the box, the parking space number so you know where to park when you arrive, and confirm the code to the beach supplies storage closet and how to open it. These were minor issues we had and they were resolved immediately. Rent this condo...you won't regret it!

Family Vacation

This is a great property in a great location. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking. The unit is also within walking distance to many restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay with hopes of returning next year.

Wonderful unit with all the amenities and a fantastic view of the Water. The communication one month out was fantastic but prior to that I was concerned about our rental. When we arrived at the condo, the counters and floors had sand on them that we had to clean up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
