This 4th floor unit is the perfect perch to take in the seemingly endless stretch of gleaming white sand and glistening blue water of the award-winning Clearwater Beach coastline. And if it looks inviting, within minutes you can be digging your toes in the sugar white sand! Meander barefoot collecting seashells along with memories, or lounge by the pool soaking up some famous Florida sunshine.
This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect place to experience the acclaimed area beaches and beach towns. The living room has access to the balcony along with a beautiful view of the coast. It is furnished with a comfy, leather couch and,60" flat screen TV and dining room set. Travertine flooring throughout the entire home. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a gourmet meal of just a quick bite to eat.
The master bedroom en-suite has sliders that allow for both an incredible view and access to the balcony. It features a king size, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining bath. The master bath has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a flat screen TV and a large closet.
To add to the comfort of your beach vacation, this unit provides an assigned parking space, cable TV, free Wi-Fi. There is a washer & dryer located in the unit.
The Landmark Towers Complex is located in the highly prized Sand Key area, offering views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. Although situated on a more secluded beach, it is less than a mile (over a bridge with pedestrian/bike path) to Clearwater Beach which was recently voted the Best Beach Town in the US. Fantastic May Vacay

No complaints here. Everything, including the weather was great. This condo is very roomy and comfy. The decor is lovely. We made it our "home" for the month. It's well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Except perhaps a cart/wagon to haul to the beach. The gulf views are awesome! We spent most of our time at the pool, beach or on the patio. All were great! There are several eateries nearby and within walking distance. Like, just across the road. The people staying/living at this complex are very friendly. Last but not least, Lori, the host is very helpful and available to tend to any needs or questions that come up. This place is a gem! Hoping to return next year for sure.

Fabulous Stay in Sand Key

We had a wonderful month in Sand Key. The unit is beautiful with ample room and great amenities. We enjoy the restaurants across the street as well as walking into Clearwater. But the best part is the view of the gorgeous gulf. The sunsets are incredible. We saw dolphins and manatees too. Our plan is to be back next year and we can’t wait!

Condo was okay. Had some issues, but Host Lori was quick to respond and all matters were resolved. My concern was we had to move the dryer and the davenport (dropped my pen underneath) and there was quite a bit of dirt and dust. The lounge chairs on the patio are in bad shape..the front legs are rusty and don’t touch the ground. Also, the film on patio doors to reduce sun glare are worn and dirty. These matters could easily be taken care of. Location is great and if you like to walk, you can walk from the condo to Sand Key Park. Loved the shops and restaurants across the street where you had a choice of either indoor or outdoor dining.

This is a high-end condo with all the amenties you could want. We were thrilled to be able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen window, and the spectacular Gulf sunsets from the lanai. Lori and Hank were always available for any and all questions we had. The electronic application forms were a nice surprise...quick and easy to complete. Would definately stay here again.

Condo was well stocked and clean. Tastefully decorated. Pool, hot tub and tennis court all so close and all in good condition. Friendly neighbours. What a wonderful place to spend our month in paradise. Well stocked condo, needing nothing. Lori was very easy to communicate with. Saw sunrise every morning from the front window and sunset from the balcony every night with beach and pickleball between. Almost heaven!!! Other guests and owners were very friendly. Be still my heart! The most gorgeous vacation rental I've ever been in, hands down. Impeccably and tastefully decorated, with high end everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Michael Amini Cortina designer hardwood bedroom furniture, marble floors, Ninja pots, and loads of thoughtful touches (everything from binoculars to designer dishes and towels). Every toiletry you could want, a fully stocked closet of beach gear, I mean really -- the owners are wonderful, and they've truly thought of everything. The views are stunning, some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. I was sad to leave and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful property!

Loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed this condo and complex. Condo is updated with a large balcony. It sits far enough back from the beach that we didn’t smell the red tide while on the balcony. We loved being able to enjoy seeing the beach even though there were days that we couldn’t be on the beach. The condo is gorgeous with wonderfully comfortable beds. The owners were very kind and quickly got back to us. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us!

Great Stay

The property was very clean and exceptionally well stocked. There were good pots/pans, knives, a first aid kit, an office kit, plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets and laundry items. Great closets and a nice kitchen. We stayed for 2 months so it was home for a bit. The beach view is great, although a bit farther than we thought but that's because all the hotels/condo's have a set-back from the shore. Good beach privacy , which was great during the Covid stuff. It was also nice to sit on the balcony and watch Coast Guard operations (training center just down the road). We also saw Manatee and Dolphins. We fully enjoyed our stay and we would consider this again if the need arises for another long stay.

A Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway to the Beach

We had the pleasure of visiting this property at the end of October into November of 2019. We were fortunate that the weather and the water were still warm enough to lay out on the beach and enjoy the ocean! And at that time of year, you almost feel like you have the whole property and the beach to yourself! If you enjoy peace and quiet, then I highly recommend it! And the shells! I found so many beautiful shells I almost had to check a bag to get them home! The condo itself was very nice. Tastefully decorated and it actually exceeded my expectations. We loved the big 4 poster bed! The large balcony was a great place to enjoy breakfast or watch the sunset. One evening, we were treated to someone playing bagpipes on the beach as the sun went down! And we enjoyed watching fireworks one night from the balcony. On a rainy day, we were grateful for the 65” flat screen TV and all of the on-demand options. Many of the basic supplies we needed were already stocked when we arrived. The outdoor closet on the balcony contained most of the things we needed for the beach. However, we did buy a sturdy umbrella since it was pretty windy while we were there. If you’re looking for things to do, most of the restaurants and bars were a short distance across the bridge. Some are within walking distance but I recommend Uber or Lyft if you go any distance (to avoid looking for parking). We enjoyed some great dining while we were there! Right across the street is Columbia which has a nice atmosphere and great Spanish cuisine. Next to it is Maggie Mae’s Sunrise Cafe which is great for breakfast. Both of these are on the bay so you can sit on the water. Across the bridge into Clearwater Beach you’ll find some of the best Italian dining anywhere at Cesares at the Beach. The pasta carbonara there was so delicious I had it twice! Just down the street from there is Shephard’s Beach Resort. Their Tiki Beach Bar and Grill has a great stage where you can listen to live music, have dinner, and watch the sunset. They also have a tequila bar with a good selection of higher end tequilas. Lori was a good host and helped us out on several occasions. There was some minor confusion about our length of stay at the beginning, but it was soon worked out and we were very pleased with the result. Of course, there was one major problem. We eventually had to leave! I wanted to just move in! But, hopefully, we’ll get an opportunity to come back for another visit.

Gorgeous stay

We have been in Sand Key several times, but for the first time at this property, and absolutely loved it. The unit is really nice, tastefully decorated, very spacious, every detail has been taken care of. I found it to absolutely be a home away from home. It was so nice to arrive and find items we could need for the first days, so we didnÂŽt have to go right away to a supermarket. The communication with Lori was very pleasant and everything we needed was taken care of. It happened that we had a hurricane watch during our stay and Lori was so kind to even offer us an alternative stay, in case of an evacuation. It was a wonderful stay, gorgeous beaches, breathtaking sunsets, a beautiful condo in a nice building where everybody was very friendly. We definitively will be staying again.

Most relaxing vacation ever

Property owners , Lori and Hank, were so very pleasant and accommodating. They had only our best interest in mind, And answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The unit was just beautiful and the amenities and location were awesome! Absolutely beautiful views and peaceful setting We had so much fun! We didn’t want to leave!
