Surf Song #239 - Great beach getaway at popular Surf Song Resort! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with side view balcony of beautiful Madeira Beach! Bright and open retreat contains nice furnishings throughout. The full kitchen provides utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker and has newer appliances ready for your cooking needs! The living room has a flat panel television and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun! Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, is spacious and leads to a spotless bathroom. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The added bonus is this unit is a short walk to all amenities! You can be at the beach, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village in less than five minutes! Perfect condo right on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass. Very clean. Kitchen was stocked. Bed was comfortable. Perfect beach sunset views! Pool area was great!

Wonderful Location, and you’ll pay for the low price

We stayed at Surf Song last year, ran into a few hiccups but we loved the location and the price is really great. Well
.. you pay for that in the long run. We had a wonderful week up until our last 2 days. Our A/C stopped working midday and we woke up drenched in sweat in the middle of the night. I mean hello- it’s Florida with above average temps. They have these posted signs in some rooms reading not to put your temp below 72 (now- that’s a JOKE for anyone, but ok)
 the ceiling fans were a nice touch and we never set our thermostat lower- we actually kicked it up to 74 when we left the room to give ourselves something to look forward to (that 2 cool down) when we came in for the night. Maintenance came on our last day and mentioned having to talk to the owners of the property about the unit
. So clearly, there’s a bigger issue at hand. At this point it was 85 in our room. Can you even imagine??? Coming off the beach to an 85 stuffy room. Absolutely miserable. We left. We paid an almost 100 uber (hello Memorial Day weekend) to spend another 100 on a different hotel so we could sleep in a room equipped with AC before our flight home tomorrow. I am just so flustered and disappointed that this is how we had to end our vacation. It really ruins the whole week no matter how great of a time we had and the things we did love (pool, location, beach). It ruins it all. We had plans for an evening walk on the boardwalk, ice cream, watching the sunrise for our last hours. Ruined

Nice trip

Only negative thing I could say about this property was it had limited things I thought would be included. No shampoo and conditioner. No paper towels. And no cooler. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Clean and close to Johns Pass which has about everything you need to have a great vacation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Condo kitchen was a bit dated and drawers didn’t function well, no dust Pan to use when using broom, TVs were very small and tv in bedroom didn’t work. Didn’t appreciate the odor in the hallways of marijuana being smoked in other condos. Bed was very comfortable and location and pool was great!

Vacation stay

We were surprised that an access to a public beach was right beside us. Not a fan of that. Toilet kept making a funny noise and TV's were really small. The TV in the bedroom was so small and far away from the bed that we had to get up and move closer to TV to be able to read the guide. Plus the TV is located behind the bedroom door so the door had to be at least partially shut to be able to view the TV. The room was very clean and the bed and furniture was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Our toaster didn't work but we took it to the office and they graciously gave us another one that did work. We loved the area also. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Clean Condo

The condo was nice and clean.Red Tide was all over the beaches so we couldn't go but no big deal.Monday was pest control day-they just walked in,no knock or anything.3rd day the water was shut off.Attempted to go to the pool,full of drunks,they were in the water with their beers and cooler floating. They were so loud we couldn't even enjoy laying out in the sun there.The people above us stomped all day and night like a heard of elephants.Our private parking space in the garage was occupied all day on the 2nd day and had to park out by the road,called the office and no one did anything about it,they were in our space 9:00am-8pm.No warning that Red Tide would be on the beach even though after reading about it,it's there every fall.It all reaked of rotting fish. We had to stay in or leave for most of our stay. The people 2 doors down on the 3rd floor were loud and obnoxious until 1am for half of our stay.Even though the condo was clean and nice,with everything else we would not stay again.
