Ten days in May '35

Very nice. Excellent Pinellas County location ON Treasure Island beach. Convenient to everything from Waffle House to Publix. Value is entirely based on location. Still, some work to do, but definitely back in business after last year's horrific hurricanes. People were helpful and easy to reach when needed. We would rent here again.

South Beach

The location is great. We love the ocean side beach walk and convenience to restaurants and grocery stores. The unit needs TLC updates. Im not sure that the throw rugs have ever been washed, crud is in the grout corners along the floors, the dryer had to be blocked from the humidity it created and length of time to dry, the toilet continuously ran, etc.

Great stay at Treasure Island

We had a great stay at the South Beach Condo Hotel. The condo was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms, nice living room, and balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. We enjoyed table tennis and shuffleboard on the grounds, and of course the beautiful wide beach.

Nice property

The condo was well equipped, having the beach gear was a pleasant surprise. Beach towels are provided but were not advertised in the listing. The lady who works at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. We requested a 2pm checkin that was pre approved, however the room was not ready at 2pm. A representative from NextHome visited our condo that evening to apologize for the misunderstanding and hand delivered our parking pass.

The condo was very nice and the location is great. A bit further from the beach than anticipated but that was from my perception not incorrect information. The walk down was pretty quick. Close to John's Pass which is great for dining and shopping. Had a great time.

Great location

The condo is in a great location, we have stayed in this building before and returned due to location. Access to beach is easy and manageable. However, we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness and functionality of this particular unit. The overall impression was that it was not that clean. There was some food stuck in the kitchen sick and a coating of grease on the stove. The floors had a lot of debris on the them. The the master bathroom needs some additional cleaning or repairs around the toilet. The sleeper sofa was broken and not functional. Recliner not functional (not really a deal breaker) We could not find clean linens or blankets for the sofa. What we did find was not folded and gave the appearance it had been used. The coffee table broke one morning during breakfast for no apparent reason other than placing breakfast plates on it. We appreciated the stocked closet with beach items and a wagon, as well as the stocked kitchen. Overall, we might rent here again but would choose a different unit and hopefully the cleaning service would be improved some.

Overall great location and property. Only hiccup was unclear directions about where the lockboxes were to get our room key as we were late arrivals. We found it with a bit of exploring before needing to reach out to the manager. Amenities were great. Only drawback was missing a drain stopper on the bathroom for our little one to take a bath... Would stay again!

Faucet in master bathroom is loose on the vanity. A/C duct in master bathroom looks as if it has black mold in it. Around the bottom of master bathroom toilet is filthy dirty. Some windows DO NOT lock, so we are unable to lock them. Kitchen cabinet under sink makes it difficult to open dishwasher fully. Master bedroom remote not working, even after replacing batteries found in the unit. Recliner in living room does not recline. Exhaust fan in general bathroom does not work. Soap/shampoo dispenser in master bathroom shower does not work. Ceiling fans throughout the unit are dusty/dirty, which causes allergy issues for those of us who are allergic.

We enjoyed our stay. We felt anything we could have needed was right there for us. The kids loved the place as did my husband and myself. I did however feel that a few minor repairs are needed to the furniture in the property. The property could have been a tad cleaner but all in all a wonderful place I would go definitely go back.
