Beautiful beachfront couples retreat #202

Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from our lovely balcony overlooking the sugar, white beaches of Indian Shores and the warm waters of the Gulf. Watch the dolphins splash and play in the early morning. This property is located right on the beach, and we are conveniently located on the second floor. Relax in our beautifully furnished living and dining area with comfortable sofas to lounge in and tropical dining decor. Have your meals on our Spanish-tiled table on the balcony overlooking the beach or sip your wine sitting on our balcony patio set, watching the gorgeous sunset. Sleep soundly in our two, comfy, full beds with lovely quilts.

We are proud owners and we make upgrades every year. In January 2024 we completed a beautiful, full bathroom renovation. Everything was upgraded including a new bathroom vanity, raised toilet, tiles and hand-held shower. It's now a luxurious and practical bathroom. Please see our photos. Along with this renovation, we also changed the lighting in the kitchen and the kitchen bar area with new canned lights with dimmer switches. Previously, we replaced all our windows and balcony sliding door with hurricane impact ones in December 2019. In January 2020 we replaced the Master bedroom blind with a new pull down one. We've also repainted the entire condo as well as replaced the air conditioner with a new one.

Enjoy using the beach-side heated swimming pool or spend the day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

The beautiful couple's condo is conveniently located 23 miles from Tampa, 10 miles from Clearwater and 90 minutes from Disney and Orlando. We’re not far from Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Salvador Dali Museum and Dale Chihuly Collection in St. Petersburg.

Local attractions include John’s Pass, Golf, Mini Golf just across the road, fishing, para-sailing, snorkelling, diving, excellent restaurants nearby, shelling in Caladesi Park and Fort DeSoto Park, Clearwater nightlife and Pass-a-Grille with its’ quaint shops and restaurants. There's so much to see and do in the area.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cutlery, glassware and small appliances) with granite counter-tops, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Central ac, ceiling fans, two televisions, internet access/WIFI, two telephones and free landline calls within USA and to Canada. The Balcony has comfortable patio furniture as well as outdoor dining table and chairs. Master bedroom with two full beds and walk-in closet. We provide beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs for your days at the beach. Assigned parking. Clothes washer and dryer in complex.

Beach was unusable. building construction was out of control pool was full of construction debris. I had to buy pool cleaning stuff no help. The insurance I paid for was a joke and a complete theft and waist of money. Are total vaca was a loss. We called vrbo ya he was nasty as every one always is when it comes to problems

Very convenient, clean and great views!

Really liked the room itself. Facility overall was run down and in need of repair. The gate to the beach/pool was a makeshift 2x4/construction fencing contraption and we almost got trapped in the elevator...twice. I would have been trapped once, if I wasn't mechanically inclined enough to slide the inner door open and then pull the outer door detent. From then on, we walked the stairs. As hot as it was, I hope no one else got trapped over the week. Other than that, we loved the room and the view. Thae facility just needs to work.

This condo was nearly perfect! The unit had everything we could possibly need, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owners' attention to detail was so helpful. Beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Communication was great as well. Due to previous hurricane damage the elevator was not operating, outdoor restrooms were under repair but a porta pot was provided at the pool area. The pool was great, the beach was beautiful, and the recommendations from the owners for restaurants and beach chair rentals, etc. were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again and this condo may just be one of my favorites! Thanks to the owners for a vacation to remember.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Outstanding location on the Gulf. Only draw back was the non functioning elevator. Glad we were only on the second floor condo owner cares enough about their renters to actually call and check on you during your stay!

Perfect Couples Getaway

We had the best time in Indian Shores this month. My husband and I needed a bit of relaxation and rest. This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed! We enjoyed the beach during the day along with going miniature golfing, shopping at John's Pass, getting ice cream a few blocks away and we watched every sunset from our balcony. Salt Rock Grill is a must if you are looking to eat out one night! We hope to be back in March of 2026 and it would be ideal if we had the opportunity to stay in this very same condo.

Perfect in every way!

This was the absolute perfect property for a vacation for my sister and me!! There was nothing that we wished for that was not already provided, including spectacular sunsets from the balcony each night. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach, or to the pool, or to nearby restaurants each night. Quiet location but so much to do nearby. Communication from owner was nearly instant when we had questions. Loved the updated bathroom. Loved that beach supplies were provided. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo on the beach! The water view from our balcony was fabulous ! We loved our daily long walks along the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores. The condo was well equipped with a full kitchen, laundry on property and convenient parking. The only downside was the lack of a working elevator on this property.

My stay in Rose and Moe’s condominium was exceptional! I was want for nothing! They have thought of everything to make the stay amazing! Beachfront bliss

Beachfront unit with amazing Gulf views and just steps to the water. Conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a very short drive to the grocery store and pharmacy. Rose and Moe, have a very nice and well stocked unit and I would stay there again.

One week in paradise!

We stayed in this lovely condo for one week. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. We started and ended each day on the balcony. This condo is well equipped, clean and comfy! The owners have really thought of everything. Also Indian Shores is a lovely community with very friendly people. I am so happy to find this condo and hope to visit in the future! Absolutely Perfect

We stayed there a week. It was pwrfect. Beautiful view, condo was nice, clean, and cozy. The owner was amazing with her communication and quick to reply. Even called to check on our stay. Beach stuff provided. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. We will be back.

Great week

This was our second time staying at this particular condo unit, and our third for the condo complex. Love the area, and can not beat the views and proximity to the beach. Rose and Moe are always friendly and concerned with how your stay is going. Would definitely rent here again!

January retreat

This was our third time to stay in this condo. For obvious reasons, we enjoy it. We keep coming back! Although the weather was not as desirable this year we still found plenty to do. Lots of good food to enjoy! Rose and Mo are excellent hosts and were always available to answer any questions.

Good location and ane awesome beach

The property is completely as advertised, ... plus, plus, plus. The building is well maintained and kept very tidy by the exterior maintenance team. The location in Indian Shores is excellent and just happens to be right across the road from a sweet pirate themed mini-putt course and within walking distance to good restaurants and cafe's. The beach is epic and walkable for miles. The beach and sunset views from the condo balcony are stunning.

one week in paradise!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. We have never been to Florida in November but the weather was perfect. We have never stayed in Indian Shores before. We have always stayed in St Pete's Beach. We really like the more peaceful and calm atmosphere. The living room and kitchen areas are very nice and updated at the condo. The balcony with a beautiful table and love seat with cushions were so nice. Great place to have morning coffee and watch the evening sunsets. The owners are planning on updating the bathroom later this month. I'm sure it will be lovely. They said they were behind with renovations due to Covid. That is understandable. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Rose was very nice to work with.
