The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The location is close to shopping and grocery stores and a short drive to the beaches and ballparks for spring training.

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Easy parking and everything nearby. Great Location

Avalon at Clearwater, Florida was a great location (less than ten minutes to Clearwater Beach and about thirty minutes from the Tampa Airport). Outdoor pool was heated and our accommodations were great. We will be returning to the Avalon in March 2025.

The apartment was great overall. However you may want to change the shower curtains as the floor got wet every time we showered. You may also want to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Other than that is a really nice apartment.

Birthday getaway

Clearwater, FL is one of my all time FAVORITE cities. Hopefully, God will see it fit to locate permanently in the near future 🙌 Our stay in the "Cozy Retreat" was top notch.
