Cottage by the Pass upstairs Studio offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Located just steps from the white sand, no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. A spacious studio apartment that features a full kitchen, living area, queen sized bed and large bathroom with walk-in closet. Outside the french doors is a large private balcony that offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. Small Dogs considered for a $125 fee.



The Space:

Step upstairs and inside this charming studio apartment, perfectly positioned just steps from the white sands of Madeira Beach. The open-plan layout maximizes space and comfort, featuring a cozy bedroom area with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living area invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation. A large bathroom with a walk-in closet provides ample space. Step outside onto your private balcony through the French doors, and enjoy a partial view of the Gulf, offering a perfect spot to unwind. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. We completely enjoyed our stay! Location is steps from restaurants, shops, and the beach! Mornings on the balcony with coffee were great. The unfortunate hurricane damage to nearby buildings afforded us a clear view of the gulf and sunsets. We would absolutely stay again!

Easy beach stay

Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap.

We loved our short stay in Cherie’s charming beachside cottage. It was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location; close to all the entertainment at John’s Pass and the beautiful beach. Adorable Place at Great Location

We stayed in the upstairs part of the house and it was great. Perfect for two people sand our fur baby. It has a nice deck with a limited view of the beach perfect to relax. It is literally across the street from John’s Pass and 2 minute walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again

What a darling little place and a perfect location. Right across the street from John's Pass and walking distance to the beach. (It's a bit of a walk though) All in all, a perfect weekend place. I would certainly go back.

Location location location

We had an amazing stay! Cherie was great we got there earlier than check in and she was very accommodating by letting us get into the cottage early. The cottage is centrally located with a minimal walk to the beach and across the street from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!! I would highly recommend staying here!
