St Petes beach vacation

Had a wonderful time at this St Pete's beach. Fantastic location, the condo had all of the amenities needed, is very clean, modern and well maintained. Love the area. We'll be back!

Enjoyable Beach Vacation

The condo met all of my husband's, my own and my adult daughter's needs. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It's just a walk across the street down a walkway or through a parking lot to the beach with crystal clear water. Restaurants are also in walking distance. We appreciated that there were some folding beach chairs, toys and pool towels available to use. We drove to St. Petersburg several times to visit the museums (note there is a toll road on the southern route to the city).

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was in a great location. You could walk right across the street to the beach and there were many stores nearby. We loved sitting out on the balcony each evening to relax. Looking forward to going back!

Overall the property is awesome. The amount of space is great. The location is great and close enough to the beach. It has a couple of coolers and beach chairs. The washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit we even liked the location of the unit in the complex. Being that it isn’t right on the beach it is nice to have the water behind the property where we saw manatee and dolphins. Dawn, Nancy and Carmen were really awesome to work with. They were pleasant and eager to help any way they could. They even helped us find another property in the complex so we could extend our stay. So terrific. A couple of minor things to consider - the carpeting in the main bedroom could maybe use some freshening up. The walking areas are getting worn. But other than that it is a really nice property.

Everything was perfect. We did run out of toilet paper and wish there would’ve been a bar of soap in each shower but other than that it was the perfect place and we would definitely like to return in the future.

Perfect spot for us

Loved everything about it! We have stayed at Sunrise for a couple years now and this unit is our favorite so far. Clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Would definitely stay here next time and recommend!
