Great location and space, friendly service

The location is awesome, right across from the beach and an easy walk to many bars and restaurants. Spacious condo with in unit kitchen and washer/dryer was awesome, and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms are just not clean at all. The floors were truly disgusting- all of our feet were black after walking barefoot on the tile. We found wrappers and used medication containers in the bedside drawers and under the beds there were bottle caps, napkins, etc. The sheets felt sandy when we got into bed the first night so we immediately re washed all the bedding, and there was a huge stain on the living room couch. Honestly if you’re not opposed to giving the place a quick re-cleaning when you arrive, it’s well worth the price for a great location and lots of space.

I was really turned off by the whole situation. The first room I was assigned had a palmetto bug problem. Which is another name for roach… according to the desk they recently sprayed - I still asked for a new room- they may not be infested but when I tried to kick the bug out it literally crawled under the door to get in. The next room I was given the lock for the door wasn’t connected it was just hanging by a paper clip set up. Had I seen a rating like this originally I would have stayed elsewhere.

Staff was very nice. Patrons friendly too. A couple of beetles on the kitchen floor- no big deal. Hot tub needing attention- we mentioned it to the staff. Pool people came on the 4th day; filled the hot tub and got the chemicals back in balance. We would-WILL definitely stay here again.

Furniture needs updating. Needs raised and elongated bathroom stools. I liked the newly painted walls and trim.
