Ready to soak up some sun? How about a vacation retreat with prime ocean and pool views? If so, 310 Beach Place is ready! This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,360 square foot beach view property sleeps up to 8, making this perfect for families and friends. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!

The master bedroom has 2 double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer.

ONE parking spot is also included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The best part though, is 310 Beach Place is close to everything! Within moments you are swimming in the heated pool, diving in the clear gulf waters, cooking at the BBQ's, or eating at one of the many great restaurants at John's Pass Village. Beach Vacation 2022

Great location and condo for a beach vacation. The condo was right across from John's Pass which afforded us the opportunity to walk to dinner each night. Not many places nearby for breakfast if that's your thing. There was a small coffee place with some muffins and such in John's Pass and I was told a restaurant opened at 10 for breakfast, but we were on the beach by then. Only cons were 1) no bathroom on ground floor at pool and 2) the building/condo still uses a key system.

Property was a disappointment.

We booked our condo through VRBO and expected a nice property. It was the opposite. The condo was extremely rundown. The entry door lock was difficult to operate and did not seem secure. Most of the other units in the building had touch pad combination locks. The condo was extremely dated. The bedrooms and living room had ugly brown and green carpet. One of the front bedrooms smelled like urine. The balcony sliding screen door was broken. The thermostat was programmed to limit the air conditioning to 72 degrees. The unit became humid and uncomfortable as the outside temperature climbed. The veneer was peeling on the kitchen counter. The kitchen cabinet panel below the sink was falling off. The linoleum floor in the laundry room was peeling up. One of the shower heads was clogged with mineral deposits and had low water pressure. There was rust on the kitchen appliances. There was hair in the bathtubs when we arrived. We went into our neighbors unit and it was very nice. We feel that we paid way too much for this unit. The location and view were great but the condo was unacceptable at this price.

Perfect location. Enjoyed our stay very much. We'll be back.Who could complain about falling to sleep listening to the ocean and waking to the sound of the seagulls in the morning.

Great area and beach but not great condo.

Condo is very outdated. Too much old carpeting. Hard to feel it is clean. Mattresses not real comfortable. Furniture very outdated. Sliding patio door very difficult to open and close. Showers and shower head nasty. Owners seem to want nothing left here so you need to buy everything. Only condiments are salt and pepper. Loved the area and closeness to Johns Pass but would choose a different condo to stay in.
