This quaint Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation, girls' (or guys') weekend, business retreat, or local stay-cation. This cute and extremely safe neighborhood is perfect for walking, going for a bike ride or walking the dog.
It's surrounded by mom and pop restaurants, ice cream shops, boutique shops, and of course the BEACH!

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street. FREE parking is easy on the property. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk. The large pool area is shared by the other units and is rarely occupied by more than 1 or 2 families at a time.


Inside, the FIRST floor condo is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up to feel like a home—not just a place to sleep. The living area offers comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a TV for relaxing nights in. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or beach-day breakfasts.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights with cozy beds, quality linens, and space to unpack and settle in. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays or sandy swimsuits a breeze.
