Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku with cable channels over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffe maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

Just minutes from bus stop, shopping center with supermarket, and a quick drive to 24/7 Walmart. Also, an American style restaurants is just a walking distance.


Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products.

High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

Must be over 25 to book rental, 5 day minimum. no pets allowed.

Es war eine wunderbare grosse Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und nahe zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten (wie Supermarkt etc.). In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden um gut zu kochen. Wir waren positiv ĂŒberrascht ĂŒber alles was schon vorhanden war. Auch war alles fĂŒr einen Strandtag, wie Sandspielzeug, Schirme und StĂŒhle da. Der Pool neben an, war ein Highlight. Magdalena ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat uns Tipps gegeben rund um den Aufenthalt und war gut erreichbar, bei Fragen. Der Aufenthalt wird uns lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again.

Lage sehr gut, kommunikativ mit Vermieter sehr gut, Bett soll demnĂ€chst in King vergrĂ¶ĂŸert werden und die Matratze ausgetauscht werden. Wenn das passiert ist alles sehr schön und zu empfehlen.Appartement liegt 6 Meter vom Pool entfernt und ab 9.00 ist mit kindergerĂ€uschen zu rechnen — auch mit lat. erzĂ€hlenden erwachsenen.
