Hamilton House is a smaller, more intimate, gulf front property consisting of 23 privately owned vacation rentals and literally steps away from the beach sand!

Our unit # 106 is not directly overlooking the beach but offers a partial view of the ocean at much lower prices!

The property amenities include Gulf Front heated swimming pool & interior elevator.
Plenty of balcony furniture, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, and children’s beach toys available to our guests! Balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom!

This unit offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. TV in the second bedroom does not have cable so please bring your favorite streaming device.

Sleeping accommodations include QUEEN beds in both bedrooms. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub shower combo in the second bathroom.

This unit has a washer/dryer, central heat and air conditioning.
Parking is assigned with 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Hamilton House is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets.

Quyen was very helpful and super friendly anytime I had a question. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long home away from home. The complex was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect, only steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. This was our 4th year staying in IRB for a month and this condo was by far our favorite.

We had a fantastic vacation. Tye condo was perfect for beach/pool access. Restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store. There is 2 coffee/breakfast spots all within walking distance also. We will certainly be returning

Comfortable Indian Rocks Beach Rental

Owner was very helpful in letting us know that we could get in a bit early. Loved the ease of getting to the beach. Liked the location near restaurants and out of the busiest area. Very clean and very nice layout. We would like to rent in the future.

We loved the location and had perfect weather. For some reason the humidity level was extremely high and made everything feel damp. A dehumidifier would help make this location more comfortable I would also recommend upgrading the silverware so that there are enough pieces to last a day. We really loved the location and these few additions would make this place so much better.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Amazing place to stay!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet and family friendly, amazing location to a ton of really good places to eat (restaurants, cafes, ice cream shop, and delis). Having the room on the first floor was amazing bc we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the elevator or going up a bunch of stairs. The owners were also really sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had here. Do yourself a favor and book this condo
and have a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Perfect condo for 4!

When our usual condo was unavailable I had to start looking elsewhere! I was a little nervous to make a change in location but this condo did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! It met all our needs, we didn’t cook or use the kitchen much but I appreciated the ice maker that gave us the perfect sized ice for our drinks to take to the beach! They had beach toys for the kids and we brought a Roku for their room which worked out perfectly! The beach location was great and we’ve already started looking for our next opportunity to come back and stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and how close the property was to various restaurants. Beach access was far enough away from the Public Beach Access so there was plenty of room to spread out at the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue was elevators went out 3 days in a row but management was quick to resolve each day. The pool was a little crowded at times but we stayed on the beach most of the time so it was not an issue for us. Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings and listening to the live music from Chicago Jax while watching the Sunset.

So close to the Beach

We were so amazed at how close this was to the beach and it had beach chairs and everything you need to Cook. So clean! The managers were so friendly and responded very quick. Check in and check out was seamless. I will definitely be going back! We had a blast!

Unfortunately there are only a few positives - location, elevator, nice big balcony (although side view of gulf), VRBO site was easy for payments and retrieving condo info. Easy to find the building and access to everything was simple. There were a few supplies provided like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap. It was fine if all you are looking for is a place to rest your head. However there are Negatives that need to be addressed: Bed sheets and Mattress cover was not washed from previous guest, we had to wash them on day one. Bathrooms were dirty, especially the toilets. we had to clean them on day one. Dishes in cabinets were limited and some put away dirty. Could not get dishwasher to work, so hand washed all dishes. Bed in master is a queen and very uncomfortable. No Counter space in ensuite. Very low water pressure. Couch extremely uncomfortable and dirty- needs to be cleaned or replaced. The condo needs a complete refresh from new cabinets and paint, to the furniture and kitchen essentials. Could have used a better toaster, a kettle, more glasses. We paid more than we would have wanted to, but we liked the area from past visits and went ahead and booked it. However, we were a bit disappointed considering the price. In the same building a guest complained to us that the condo he booked was quite dirty as well. This condo has so much potential, but needs some TLC.

Great location

Great proximity to the beach. But Kitchen lacked supplies — had to buy garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc. baking sheets need to be replaced. We bought foil to cover them. also sound travels easily throughout the Building. If you happen to have quiet neighbors not a problem. We had noisy kids down the hall. It was an annoyance but not bad enough to call police and after speaking to the father it improved somewhat. Patio had four Adirondack chairs that were nice but it would have been great to have table and chairs to eat a meal out there. Overall we had a good time and loved the beach.

Week stay

Very clean property, great pool, and you couldn’t be closer to the beach. Trolley and Uber is all we needed for transportation. Host was good at communication. Only improvement could be more supplies, no kitchen towels or wash cloths and only 3 dishwasher pods for a weeks stay. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay, great location!

The complex was well kept and on the beach with less than a minute walk to the water. The pool was heated comfortably and has plenty of deck chairs. The condo had beach chairs, toys and towels for use. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Wish list: more hangers, better cotton bed sheets, extra pillowcases.
