We are offering a modern fully renovated beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for a long term rental (60-120) days, on beautiful Sand Key, fully stocked and steps to the beach along the Gulf. This furnished second floor corner unit has a full service kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat screen TV’s with satellite/cable in all rooms, a large outdoor patio with a good view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Some of the amenities include covered parking with a gated entrance, fitness room and a large heated pool. The unit has one queen size bed in the master suite with two full-size closets and two full size beds in the second bedroom with one full-size closet. The outdoor patio is accessible from all rooms. All you'll need to bring is a toothbrush and your bathing suit!
