Debating between the comfort of a luxury hotel and the thrill of a more authentic beachfront accommodation?

Our super-cute 1155 sf - 3rd floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront vacation rental is conveniently located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach and boasts all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, including immediate access to beach, pool area, smart TV(s) and free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. At the same time, you can live like a local by taking advantage of fully renovated and equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, and cozy fully furnished bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 5-6 guests. You will find every room filled with plenty details and beautiful paintings that will make you to feel like at home. Guests may use all areas in the apartment, a garden, and a pool area. Immediate access to the beach (Gulf Boulevard and 10th Street) is directly across the street from the condominium building. Condominium - beach/ocean distance is 200 feet. Welcome and enjoy!

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is equipped with two queen size beds, 43" Smart TV, radio/alarm, dresser/commode, two nightstands with decorative night lamps, and private bathroom. Room has a large walk-in closet with additional dresser and space to leave belongings.
The second bedroom has one large king size bed, two nightstands with decorative night lamps, a commode and a closet. This room offers a view to the pool-area.

Living Room:
The living room has a leather sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a 52" 4D Smart TV with Blu-Ray player. TVs are connected to standard cable and have access to Netflix, YouTube, and other online accounts. During your stay, you can use (free of charge) the high speed (100 mbs) wireless internet.

Kitchen and Dining Room:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, so you can enjoy preparing your favorite meals while on vacation. There are two bar-chairs available for a fast breakfast and/or coffee. The kitchen opens to dining and living areas with a big picture window to look through. When you step onto the balcony you will feel like in ocean's vicinity.
Also, there are a brand-new washer and dryer, and iron with board available for your convenience.

Parking:
There is one free covered parking space (reserved) with additional one free parking available at guest parking slots (building's parking lot).

We tried to equip the apartment with all the necessary details that would make your stay pleasant and relaxing, similar to luxury hotels, but again as if you were at your home. If we have forgotten and miss something, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by email or text message. I am available by phone if you need a quick response to an inquiry.

Getting around:
Gulf Boulevard has pedestrian paths in both (south and north) directions with many nearby accesses to the beach. There is a bus service that provides transportation up and down the beach (Clearwater Beach - St. Pete Beach). Bust station is located near the building.
You may want to use your personal vehicle to explore the area and access numerous attractions, shopping and dining places. Belleair is 2-5 minutes' drive, Clearwater Beach 10-15 minutes' drive, St. John's Pass 15-20 minutes' drive, Treasure Island Beach 20 minutes' drive and St. Pete Beach 45 minutes' drive. Busch Gardens Theme Park in Tampa is approximately 60 minutes' drive.

Mike was a great host and was very attentive to our needs. The location was PERFECT. So close to the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable.The only thing I would say needs addressed is more attentive to cleaning. The baseboards and floors had very visible dirt and dust buildup. The floors seem new, but was missing transitions to the bathrooms and cause tripping. The 2nd bath mats were VERY worn and really dirty. Visible mold/rust spots in the 2nd bathtub surround as well. Need new bath towels.Overall, the Condo surpassed our needs and the owner Mike was SO nice and attentive. Unit came with the storage unit which was amazing and came with everything we would need. Was even shocked that dishwasher pods and laundry detergent was provided!We would most definitely stay again if he would have us. Thank you Mike for everything!!!

Overall impression
clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo across the street from the beach. Great location with the beach and various restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. Breezy evenings to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony! We also liked the pool available to guests as our granddaughter was able to practice her swimming skills. Everything was perfect. Mr. Michael was available to address any of my questions - even though, the answers could be found in his table top book. Lol! The unit was fully stocked with an abundance of cooking utensils; towels (even for 6 adults), with more to spare by the laundry area; sample size sundry products in both bathrooms with enough toilet paper and facial tissue to last all week; and there was even laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was filled with condiments and there was a cooler for the beach. The location was supreme. It was down the street both directions for food and ice cream. There was a trolley stop right at the crosswalk to the beach which is directly in front of his unit. Only good things to say about this owner and his property. I would definitely rent again.all the Cind

Great location for our interests.

Nice area, within walking area of small grocery store, ice cream place and a couple of bars restaurants. Short drive to a lot of places on Walsingham/Ulmerton Rd. Condo had all the amenities you would expect although we only used the bed rooms baths and washer dryer. We ate and drank out and even walked for coffee in the mornings. For us a great location.

Don’t skip this one.

Great location and the beach is located just across the street. This place has everything you need. Just bring yourself and get ready to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of life. Located by some of Florida’s greatest restaurants and a short drive to Clearwater and/or St Pete. The owner Mike was great to work with and we appreciate him being very responsive and a great communicator. One of the best vacations my family has taken and it started with Mike. Perfect Trip

Spring Break 2024

We had a great time at the condo! Mike was very personable & checked in on us more than once to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious & we loved having breakfast on the patio. The beach access was great being across the street & we walked to a few restaurants & ice cream during our stay. The location is great being 20 minutes from Clearwater & about 45 minutes from Fort De Soto Park where we like to kayak. The condo was exactly as pictured. I’m assuming the 2nd bathroom is the next renovation as the tub is old & has some mold, but other than that everything was clean & fairly new. I would stay again! Thanks Mike!

Wonderful Condo- But Pool was unusable.

Condo is beautiful and well stocked. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Only one problem
..the pool was filthy and unusable. We informed the property manager on our first day, and he said he would communicate with the Condo President. Pool was supposed to be cleaned twice weekly. That pool had not been cleaned in weeks. Debris on the bottom and floating on the surface, along with a scum line along the walls. I continued to inform the property manager all week, but there was no action taken. My grandchildren were very disappointed. We did receive a $50 credit for our inconvenience, but that doesn’t make up for no pool. We wound up leaving a day early. The property manager was very nice, and I don’t blame him. The Condo people on site dropped the ball.

Very short walk to the beach, many good restaurants close by. Property has good parking and is well stocked, but needs refreshing--kitchenware is well used, linens and throw rugs worn or stained. Kitchen sink area had ants, for which host provides pest spray; no hot water in second bathroom shower (lever stuck at half way point)--host did not respond to email regarding the shower, although was otherwise responsive throughout the rental process.

We loved the location of this property and its proximity to all of the beaches in the Clearwater area. The home was clean and organized with everything we needed. We will be back.

Great time.

We loved the location, beach just across the road. The condo was vey clean. Our only complaint would be the lack of lighting at night. The light in the dinning room needs some bulbs and the living room coukd do with another light. Our host was excellent and we had good communication during our stay.

Amazing Home and Host!

The condo is absolutely perfect. Very clean! We had all the household supplies we needed for a full week's stay. The host made sure we were comfortable and pleased with everything, pleasantly communicative. The neighborhood was beautiful also, with a nature preserve right next to the condo. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend!
