Booked for NYE. The bar and the restaurant were not open. The advertised terrace/pool area not open. None of this was mentioned on the website or at any point in the booking. The hotel was nice but attention to detail was lacking. Not the greatest cleaning crew.

Great location, large room. Bed was super soft if that’s your thing. Housekeeping was not great at restocking room for a weeklong stay for 3. Front desk staff did their best to provide us with everything the room did not have due to poor housekeeping (towels, toilet paper). It was a tiresome daily thing to deal with. Parking is not free, but plenty of free 2hr parking in surrounding area.

The hotel is relatively new and very well located, with a lovely lobby. The receptionist was friendly and welcomed us. However, upon arriving at the room, there were only two sets of towels available. I requested an extra set and was told to go downstairs and get them myself. The second day we faced the same problem, and the reservation clearly stated that we were 3 adults. There were no amenities; the bar in the top floor is only available for private parties and guests were not allowed to have drinks there. The room was spacious, magnificent view, beds were comfortable, but it is not soundproof: we could clearly hear all conversations in the adjoining room, and movements in the hallway. The housekeeping service did not meet our expectations (they didn’t replenish toiletries and did not make the beds, left the wastebasket in the middle of the room; only placed two clean large towels haphazardly at the bottom of the sink). The toiletries in the shower weren't labeled, so we don't know what they were. I received an email before check-in informing about the limited parking and the different options available. So I mentally prepared myself to park on the street. On the second day, I used the parking permit I was given at the reception for a neighboring hotel (which looked abandoned or under renovation), but the area didn't seem very safe. In short, the good impression we had in the lobby vanished when it came time to rest, and yes, parking is a major inconvenience and expensive.

I wish it was more clear that the self-parking and valet parking availability is limited so that I could better plan for the possibility of paying more or needing to find my own parking option.

Our second night was miserable. Around 8:30pm furniture was being dragged across the floor above our room for an event. This was followed by loud talking & laughing as the event was held. Afterwards, more dragging of furniture. It was after 2am before the noise ended. Management refused to credit us for the inconvenience, when they could have easily relocated us to a different room. Also, room was "cleanish", advertised minibar was a minifridge with one wine glass & dirty coffee pot. You should remove this hotel from your site - it does not live up to your standards. It was in a convenient location.
