Stilthouse Brewery, DeBine Brewery, and Palm Harbor Brewery/Two Lions Winery, as well as a number of well-known area restaurants, i.e. Fireside Pizza and The Thirsty Marlin; are within walking and biking distance in beautiful downtown Palm Harbor. The Dunedin Causeway and Caladesi Island State Park and beach, with their many restaurants, pubs, and water sports, lay a mere 2 miles to the south.Tarpon Springs, and all of its historic points of interest, antique shops, and many street festivals, lay 5 miles to the north.
This property is located on a very quiet street in Ozona, that ends only 350 feet away at the Gulf of Mexico. A sunset walk to the end of the street (with or without cocktails in hand) is highly recommended.
The grounds are completely dog friendly with both front and back yards fenced. Outdoor amenities include shared use of a large fire pit, large outdoor eating and entertainment area, and gas grill.
The guesthouse is a studio apartment of approx. 400 sq. ft., with a queen size bed, beautiful bathroom, and small kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooktop, and Kuerig coffee pot. All cooking essentials are included.
***Please be aware that this property consists of the Guesthouse and the Bungalow. In this listing you are renting the Guesthouse only. There is a good chance that the Bungalow will have guests during your visit. These are 2 completely separate buildings that are about 35 feet apart. They only share the yard, the large fire pit, grill, outdoor dining and entertainment area.
