Just outside the front door, a small patio offers a spot to sit back and enjoy the Florida air before heading out for the day. When it's time for the beach, you're only steps from the sand—and Paradise Grille is right there when you want to grab a cold drink or a quick bite without cutting your beach day short.

Inside, the living room offers a comfortable place to unwind and features a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Smart TVs and ceiling fans add to the comforts of home, whether you're relaxing after a day in the sun or settling in for a quiet evening.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and provides everything you need for the convenience of preparing meals and snacks right at the condo. Enjoy an easy breakfast before hitting the beach, pack up lunch for the day, or stay in and enjoy a relaxing meal together.

It was a beautiful property right across the street from the beach very clean I will definitely stay again my only one thing I have to say is the bed wasn’t too comfortable but I made it work an updated TV may be a smart TV but other than that absolutely beautiful will be staying again and again and again🥰🥰🥰

Pleasant but tired condo

Great location, across street from beach, walkable to many restaurants and shops. One tiny bar of soap was the only toiletry/cleaning product available. Providing small amount of dishwashing liquid and an additional bar of soap would have been nice..

Excellent and positive from the get go experience.

Original St Pete Beach setting and atmosphere. This property properly preceded when the area became "St. Petersburg Beach" proper. Now it has been updated without losing its charm and heritage. Management: Excellent.

Lack of focus

Our recent stay at St. Pete Beach should have been outstanding but our accomodations let us down...only a block from the beach, the unit had everything we needed (at a high level) but under scrutiny we found a lack of focus on cleanliness, necessary supplies, and normal access to communication. Specifically, the unit had not been deep cleaned to a satisfactory standard much less a Covid standard. The sink, tub, and shower curtain were disgusting; the sofa covers were similar to pillow cases and throw pillows were out dated. Necessary supplies like toilet paper were not available. And finally, cable tv and wifi were unavailable throughout our stay...the latter issue resulted in our spending upwards of two hours on the phone with the local cable company for resolution which ultimately required an on-site visit after our stay ended. In essence, the unit we stayed in could have been icing on the cake given it's location to the beautiful Gulf coast but it instead was a distraction.

Very dated. Least favorite of the units that we've rented.

Nothing in the kitchen area was convenient. Felt like I spent too much time & money shopping for necessities. One salt shaker, partial roll of paper towels, partial box of tissues. It did have two rolls of TP.
