I was so disappointed in the hotel. No housekeeping, the drywall around the shower head was rotting out, patchwork on the ceiling from water damage not complete, inside the freezer full of frozen ice, and rusted shelves in the refrigerator. And the only place to get ice is on the first flood. The elevator is super small and the button to push to go up or down does not work.

The staff was amazing. I complained about the a c smelling moldy, and they actually changed the whole unit within ten minutes. Great location.It's a great price.I definitely will be going back

I’ve been using this hotel every time I go to Clearwater to visit family. The staff are the BEST!! The hotel itself has been through the hurricane from last year and know they renovated what needed to be renovated but the rooms could use new refrigerator and some upgrades with the bathroom.

The hotel is literally on the beach. It is awesome. Hotel needs an upgrade on its rooms, but rooms are comfortable and clean. There are appliances like coffee machine and microwave.

It was a decent place to stay in my opinion over priced but so is the whole area. If you’re looking for peace while you sleep forget it. Party on the beach next door til 2-3 am, beds are comfortable and overall was good. Hotel does have a very weird smell, like mildew throughout. Literally backed up to the beach and has a nice swimming area, almost square pool and a hot tub as well. Bring own chairs as you cannot take pool chairs to the beach.

room, pool, and beach area were very nice! for the price, i think it’s incredible that the room comes with a kitchenette. only thing that could be improved is the wifi. it’s very in and out, and if you use a fire stick/roku stick it’s impossible to use the wifi because of how finicky it is.
